Ordered a jacket from this company in August when we received the jacket it looked nothing like the picture it arrived with no tags and what was supposed to be for an adult male looked like a 12 year old boyscout jacket. Tried to return the item only to find out shipping would be $50 or more or they offered me a 15% refund on my purchase which was originally 70$ and was offered 10$ Don't order here!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company presents itself as US based company but it is located in China. Being a Chinese company is not a problem on it's own, but it becomes an issue when you order something and it takes 2-4 weeks to receive and tracking is not available until the product passes US customs. As soon as I realized a pair of shoes I ordered would take too long to arrive, I tried to cancel my order. The company would not cancel it, even though it had not been packed or left the initial facility. Their stated policy is that once a product ships, it cannot be canceled but they disregarded this policy and would not cancel my order. The shoes came long after the event I was going to wear them for and when I tried to return them. They asked several odd questions, made me embed a picture of the product in an email, and then gave me an address in China to send them back. They said it would cost $40-50 to return and that didn't include any customs or other fees that I might incur. The shoes barely cost that much. They offered an immediate 15% discount instead, knowing that was really my only choice. It feels like a scam. Also, the shoe quality was terrible and was not made of leather as promised on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible customer service "none". Terrible shipping. Never got my order, after saying it was delivered. "STAY AWAY, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY...

Despicable company. No issue sending you the wrong items or the wrong size and than asking you to pay 50 dollars to ship the correct items you ordered. Do not recommend

Return shipping is to China--Skip the hassle!

Although the shoes I ordered were real leather and nice looking, the sizing was off and they did not fit. That's when I learned that all returns must be mailed to China at a cost of $40-$50.

The company banks on the idea that you won't want to pay that for the return.

Also, the order took weeks to arrive initially, as they are shipped directly from China.

I will never order from them again.

Terrible experience. I ordered shoes weeks ahead of a wedding out of state. The shoes arrived days after I had left for the wedding. I am trying to return them but am stuck in AI chatbot hell with no resolution in sight. All I am asking for is return/refund information and I am getting the runaround. 100% would not purchase from this company again. And besides, these shoes are cheaply made and doubt they would have lasted past the wedding.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered Genuine Leather "Air-Flow" Loafers. Super comfortable loafer I can wear to the office. Has enough support that my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Some loafers have left me with heel pain after a day of walking around the office. These don't. Look good and feel good.

I bought the Noelle Loafers and was pleasantly surprised with the quality!! They’re comfy and defff something I’ll be wearing on my day to day! The color is also great, they go with everything!!

I ordered one of their sweaters and there was a couple threads that were slightly exposed on the chest area. I sent a pic to their customer service over email and they sent me out a brand new sweater free of charge. It really was a hassle free process and I’m definitely going to do business with them again.
