The Kensington Flooring Company Reviews

Great job guys

I've been dealing with The Kensington Flooring Company for over 25 years and each experience has been totally professional with the desired result.

Kensington Flooring have provided carpet and hardwood flooring for our buy to let flats as well as family home.

I can thoroughly recommend this company

Tremendous service, both via telephone and in-store. The material selection, carpet installation and customer interactions have all been great, ij terms of both time and quality. Would like to particularly recognise Steve for responding to queries and arranging for shorter lead time due to time constraints we had.

Very straight forward to deal with. Good communication with regard to appointments for measuring and fitting. Charming fitters who did a great job, highly efficient working round/moving furniture.
Great to support a family business would highly recommend.

Hard to imagine a more professional and focussed service from an organisation that ticks every box…… Initial engagement, understanding of my requirements and - most importantly- respecting my budget.
Ben Hawkes’ team is a shining beacon of excellence.

I've been using Kensington Flooring company for more than 30 years for our London rental property requirements.
Ben and his team are very professional and reliable. The quality and value of their flooring products is second to none.
I thoroughly recomend Kesnington Flooring.

I have worked with Kensington Flooring for a number of years and have always found their service to be 100% reliable, professional and helpful. I would have no problem in recommending them.

Gave time and efficient

What a really fantastic job . The carpet fitter was professional , polite and a joy to have around the house .
Such a lovely man .
Thanks for a superb service . We would not hesitate to recommend The Flooring group in Kensington .

Great job, very good the whole process .
The installation made by Tom is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Tom : Fast, precise and clean . Absolutely a very positive experience

Elvin and Guy laid new carpeting for me and they were SO great I can’t tell you. They did the whole thing with absolutely zero input from me in a very short space of time; they removed or maneuvered around all the furniture (including my gigantic bed) and put it all back together without making a single sound or me even noticing what was happening. It’s like I blinked and the carpet was replaced. They also hoovered and cleaned everything. I’m so delighted!

Great attitude - lift was broken :(
Super job

Great customer service - kept me appraised on progress of order and very flexible to arrange installation. Installer was excellent - very careful and thorough. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant and helpful service throughout in quite a challenging project - the fitters were terrific and the shop too.
Very happy.

Les at shop and Guy the fitter were excellent. Polite and very helpful.

A very good process from ordering to fitting. Guy and Daniel did a great job fitting new stair runner.

I was given helpful advice on choosing the right product, KFC were flexible over changing the installation date due to my building works not being finished, and my new tenants and I are very pleased with the way the work was carried out and the finished product

Great choices and they were very knowledgeable and gave me great advice choosing the rug.
It looks beautiful in my sitting room.
Thank you

Les, Danny and colleagues are very easy to deal with, they turn up on time and do a great job. Highly recommended, we’ve used them twice now.
