Flooring company a delight to deal with - helpful and knowledgeable.
Fitters arrived promptly - were pleasant and astonishingly efficient and speedy. Altogether worth recommending!

The whole process from inception to completion was flawless.

The installers were helpful, innovative in laying the floor beneath the IKEA bookshelves by chopping off a bit of the bookcase so that the flooring was seamless.

Everything in the sitting room was put back leaving it tidy and ready to use. I am delighted and could not recommend them more highly.

They provide excellent service and products. They meet their deadlines and complete the project on schedule. Flooring from them is a great choice.

Very efficient and personal service. Mine was a small but complex installation and the fitters did a great job. They were also good to have around. I recommend these people.

We have done two or three projects with them in the last year and every time they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Do yourself a favor, you can't do better, & support local businesses.
I must say this was a very easy and smooth transaction. They were very helpful in finding the right flooring and even a less expensive option

I recently had a floor repair and refinishing done in my apartment and would recommend them without hesitation. They have specialized crews for leveling and installation, sanding and finishing and each of them are at the top of their game. I highly suggest this company and you would not have any regrets at all.

The team from The Kensington Flooring Company refinished the wood floors throughout my duplex. They were super easy to work with and worked with us on the best way to fix our floors.

Our carpets were ruined by a flood. Kensington Flooring came to measure up promptly, the quote was very reasonable and, after several months of drying out and redecorating, two competent young men arrived and laid the new carpet beautifully. Very pleased.

Very personal and attentive service! I am a first time home owner and did all of my carpet selection over the phone during Jan/Feb 2021 - the depths of lockdown. Couldn’t go into the store but Les made it very easy with phone consultations and sent me lots of samples. He also advised me on the brands for my price point. Installation was beautiful and they were quick to rectify one issue caused by a broken floorboard underneath. The carpets look beautiful!

The Flooring group laid an Amtico floor on time and budget.

The quality of the product it’s amazing, I’m very happy for the choices made thanks to the staff at the store that was very helpful and professional. It was a really fast service, in one month we made the order and get the installation.
Tony and Dany, two of the wood team, were very kind and actually helped me even with some furniture.
Higly recommended
