Experience was fine until we called for update on recliner and were told that both kitchen set and recliner are delayed until sometime in December. Then we were told that we can come in and pick something else out and cancel our order. Like if it would be an easy fix. We chose those items because we liked them the most out of everything in your store. Now, it’s a waiting game.

August was fantastic, he showed us every option of sectionals and used our dimensions to help us build the perfect sectional. He spent time running through the fabric options , financials and made every part of couch shopping extremely easy. I will be recommending friends and family to schedule time to meet with August when looking to buy furniture. The pricing was affordable and the option to pick out the fabric was a great added bonus.

My apartment looks like the Kensington Furniture Annex. I have been working with Lissette since i walked into Kensington. Any time i need anything in my apartment, my first stop is Kensington and Lissette.

Excellent selection and helpful assistance

My partner and I visited the store to buy 8 bar stools. We were immediately greeted by a sales person that asked us if we could walk up steps. We were not in a wheel chair, walker or we were not limping. She directed us upstairs and then asked us to look downstair to a display of additional bar stools and then said " you probably can't see that far". I know that good help is hard to find but if you want to sell furniture, insulting the patrons is not a good sales tactic. Maybe she should have said that we might not live to get the full benefit of this furniture purchase. We will not be back!

Our salesperson Steve was fantastic. Gave us expert advice and showed us only what we were looking for. Great selection, and an amazing salesperson helped us achieve our goal of purchasing the couch we wanted.

Great experience. We waited until last to check Kensington after going to Bob's, Raymour & Flanigan and online. At first, my wife said it would probably be too expensive. When we walked in we found what we had been looking for at a great price, even buying a chair along with the 2 piece sectional with chaise. It worked out perfectly with the price being very reasonable. Thank you.
