I had an amazing experience at Kensington Furniture. I was pleasantly greeted by Yolanda as I walked in. I told her I was looking for a sectional and after her asking me a few questions she showed me the perfect one upstairs. I then inquired about an affordable coffee table that would be able to blend the colors of my new space. Even though the sectional also came in brown and my new living room carpet was brown I desired the sectional in grey. She immediately knew a coffee table set downstairs that was perfect to make the grey and brown scheme cohesive and on top of that it was affordable!! This is my second time purchasing furniture at Kensington and it probably will not be my last. I went to furniture stores nearby that had the same exact or very similar furniture and both times Kensington was significantly cheaper. Kensington has great quality furniture that is worth the price! Both times I have purchased furniture, I have luckily come when there are special sales.Both times amazing customer service with employees who are very knowledgeable of their inventory. I still have a queen bedroom set and buffet table with storage that I purchased 5 years ago that are still in amazing condition because of the quality of Kensington Furniture!! Lastly, I told Yolanda in our conversation I was moving soon and she asked if I had anyone to help and said she could give me a quality/affordable moving company’s information. That was very helpful information that she offered without me inquiring.

The sales rep was very helpful - this was actually my first time purchasing a brand-new couch, I had a great experience picking out a couch, I was given plenty of time to talk back and forth with my husband via text while he was taking measurements at home. I felt no rush and the financing was great ! It fits our budget and we’ll definitely come back for any furniture needs in the future.

The salesperson took time to explain to us about the different colors and how the color we picked out was very warm and welcoming and he remembered our names and reach out to us to see if we had purchased furniture yet because we came in about a month ago. I prefer to browse, and will generally explain that to whoever nabs me, but Matt won me over for some reason. I told him the two pieces I was interested in. We got nowhere with one item, and I believe I spotted the prefect second item while on our search. I was not in the store for 1/2 an hour and made an amazing purchase.

Brenda was personable, well-informed and patient. She spent over 4 hours with use for a living room, bedroom and dining. We had an excellent experience.
