Excellent and very quick job..many thanks to Tom and Cameron

Outstanding attention to detail and a super‑quick turnaround from James O'Malley. He was very easy to communicate with and immediately understood what my requirements were. A smooth and efficient experience throughout.

Great work- Tom and Reece were polite and efficient.

Professional service, with ready access other to the surveyor (James O'Malley) - James and I had a number of calls, where James provided simple clear explanations of issues and proposed solutions. Great service from James and the wider company.

A highly organised approach to the survey, quote and agreement for the required works. James O'Malley was very helpful in getting us to this stage. Looking forward to completing everything shortly.

I am extremely pleased with the damp proofing work recently carried out at my property by Liam and Lee (Boss Man) from Kenwood. From the initial arrival to completion of the job, both gentlemen were punctual, courteous, and highly professional.
The standard of workmanship was excellent throughout, and they took great care to ensure everything was completed thoroughly and to a high quality. Liam and Lee were respectful of my home at all times, clearly knowledgeable in their work, and happy to answer any questions along the way.
On completion, the area was left exceptionally clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated. Liam and Lee are a real credit to Kenwood and exemplify the level of professionalism and care that customers hope for. If all tradespeople worked to this standard, it would make a significant difference. I would not hesitate to recommend Kenwood based on this experience.

I sent an online enquiry to Kenwood and within minutes I had an email from Louise Bentley with a quote etc for the survey and a number to call to book it. I called Louise and booked the survey again within minutes. Louise was very helpful and professional throughout.

Amazing team. Very professional and excellent service.

Louise was really helpful and informative through the booking process, the report itself has given us just the right of information needed to understand what was happening in our property regarding damp; but also have provided helpful advice when approaching our tenants on their living habits too..

We have just formally instructed Kenwood to carry out quite extensive damp-proofing works and to date we have been very impressed with the service. James O’Malley has been informative, reassuring and very helpful as we really have no prior knowledge of this kind of work. More than anything, he has been very good at getting back to us almost immediately with replies to our queries and making sure the work is getting done in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the service so far.

Quote was done promptly and good detailed service , all follow up questions answered . Jim O’malley was excellent at answering all points of the quote .

Great service and top work. From estimation to delivery, thorough professional work. Phillip was awesome during the damp proofing course. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t be happier with Tom farmer and Cian.
They worked incredibly hard to get the job done quickly and to a high standard. They explained everything in full detail to me and answered all questions I had.
They were so genuine and polite and left the place spotless. Couldn’t recommend these two enough!

This company were efficient. They were able to view the issue of condensation and fit the relevant device quickly. Whilst it is quite costly, it was worth it to get rid of the black mould. Within in days of the device being fitted the mould is starting to reduce.

Tom and Michael installed our vent and were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, professional, and worked very fast and efficiently. They did a great job and left hardly any mess behind. Highly recommended!
