Excellent and easy to use!
The website was so easy to navigate, clear instructions and so easy to upload required documents. I had a small problem, emailed Customer Services, and had a response within about 20 minutes with instructions on how to resolve my issue. Once all my documents were correctly uploaded, they emailed back to confirm and to thank me for my custom!
Excellent service, best visa services I have ever used!

Brilliant
I didn't realise I couldn't get a Kenya visa at the airport as before and started on the E-visa at pm to finish about midnight on the eve of my travel before leaving my hotel for the aiport at .am the following morning. The requests for clarification, additional documents etc. were logical.
Only one thing I forgot to ask was to ask was how much I paid. I believe USD 50 + USD 35 service charge + USD 33 for a 3 hour service, but I forgot to note this and it didn't appear when I went back to the application form. Can you tell me please?

The overall experience was okay, but the uploads of the documents needed was a little harder than expected. And that may because technology experience varies from person to person, but that was the hardest part.

We did not need to buy this service
The service took 3 days regardless of how much I paid for 1-day turnaround. As it turns out Kenya has on-site visas for less than $60 US. The international agent laughed at me for buying these visas. The information was listed in his computer, so the application was complete; but I did not know it was complete until I was at the border.

Quick easy and efficient
Having failed after hours of trying on the e-visa website, it was a relief that this worked so well and hassle free.
Just don't forget to print the visa to make it easier at customs.
