All is good now!!!

ivisa is excellent and easy to use

The nice folks at iVisa were very helpful and responsive. The only problem we (party of 3) had was that the 3 invoices they sent us, which we could use to get into Kenya in case the visas didn't arrive in time, were all in the same person's name. It didn't matter, however, since we got the visas themselves in time for our trip.

I was processing visas for three travellers together. We had a single eticket and the system did not seem to want to accept the same document for each traveller (and so we improvised, posting hotel etc)

Quick and painless operation.

We deliberately arranged our visas in advance, specifically for myself, as my new wife's couldn't be done till after our wedding day, 16th July. We reached Kenya after a long day's travelling, only to find there was no record of mine, although I'd already paid for it- really not impressed.
I expect a full refund of the money paid.

Very clear website and friendly chats. Bit strange that chat suddenly stopped on a Sunday but next day it was OK!

Very commendable fast follow up and professional attention and ultimate getting the visas as stated in 3 days.

I had to resend the email pictures over10 times and it took 1.5 hours. However, we did receive it back quickly.

This service was good and the documents were e-mailed promptly. However, the administration cost nearly doubled the cost of the visa. The charge for using this site should be made very clear BEFORE any details were requested.

Worked awesome except 1problem. My wife and I share an itinerary and the site wouldn't let me use the same itinerary (with both names on it) for both of us. I had to modify the PDF to get it accepted!

Applied for the Kenya visa for my daughter about 3 and a half weeks before departure. Although all the operators said that it would be ok to travel with the paid invoice, I was anxious and could not believe that this would be ok. I was told that there was a problem at the government side or that my daughters details were being checked. The visa finally arrived by email the day after her departure. its really worrying as we do not understand the system.

The service is slightly pricey but well worth the ease of application and process. Would definitely use again!!

Quick excellant service. They actually answer the phone and get the job done quickly and efficiently. The web application is easy and it takes the hassle out of the entire process. Great job.

Itt took while to work out how to get the photos in but the process was quit straightforward and very much easier than using snail mail
