This is my first visit to Kenya and as advised by my tour operator, I logged onto this website and applied for my Kenya Visa Online. I paid through my Credit Card as instructed and I was promptly explained in detail about the procedure and how long it would take for me to receive the Kenya Visa.

The very next day I received my invoice and was told I could fly to Kenya with the invoice if my flying date was close by. I waited for a day and lo behold I received my Visa as expected.

I truly recommend Kenya Visa Online to all those visiting Kenya. Great service and prompt action. Kudos to the team.

Wow, I am impressed with how easy Kenya Visa Online was. In less than 2 weeks I received my Visa. Visa Online is the only way to apply for any country visa.

It is a mystery to me why I received an invoice for the online visa application at $51 and then my American Express card was charged $88. This is very unsatisfactory.

Easy to fill out and received my visa very quickly!!

The process was quick and easy. I looked into the traditional method of going through the Kenyan consulate in D.C. and the cost to pay for shipping, on-site couriers, etc. was much more expensive, and the timeline much longer. The online method was a no-brainer. I have no reservation in highly recommending it!

I would definitely recommmend this service and it would be awesome if other countries adopted this process for obtaining a visa. It was fast, easy and my visa came electronically and mailed as well! Great job, Kenya!!

I went on line to complete the application for a Kenya Visa. I tried without success to use the eCitizen web site myself. I had noted the Kenya Visa Online web site. It was easy to complete the forms and upload the attachments.The service fee was a bit steep, but the service is good. The visa has arrived within three days as promised. It made obtaining the visa painless.

The one thing that is missing is a note at the beginning that you will need various documents available to complete the visa. If I had had them available before completing the form it would have made the job a lot quicker. It was not helped by the server going down in the middle.
