I first applied on the Kenya Embassy site but experienced a problem with the I.T. I then decided on using this site a litle more expensive but hey ho...this site also was experiencing the same problem. It took a few days longer but received my visa. At least this site informed me of the problem....so well done and thankyou.

Thought passport photo would suffice. Ooops. Customer service rep helped me get it corrected and into processing

Application was really easy to complete and send payment until I tried to upload pictures/documents. The site would not upload anything and when I elected to E'mail passport photos, passport pages and proof of travel, my E'mails said they had been sent but the site reported waiting for about an hour.
I used the online chat to question this, was told to redirect my e'mails to help@ ivisa.com which was successful. The help line was excellent and very helpful whereas the website is very poor. I now have my visas which is good, but you need to put aside a couple of hours to use the site!!!!

if I had known you before I could have saved lots of headache and lost days as I went to the Kenyan HC in Singapore and KL with NO help at all. and their website is not made for old people like me. I spent many hours on the computer trying to fill in the forms but could not download the required documents.

The issues I had were not with your online services. It was me trying to do as you asked. Good thing I am a life long learner. I wasn't going to give up. Thanks for working with this non techno lady. I made the deadline!!!

The service is very good. But it would be helpful if it was made clear right at the outset, ie before starting to complete the form, what is required in terms of supporting documentation in particular, ie passport photo, scan of passport, scan of itinerary/e-ticket.
