A little unsettled by having to pay half way through process

Easy system - but suggest advice about all the documents and photos in advance of moving into the form completion section would be useful.

Plus> information about applying ONLY 3 months in advance of trip - this would avoid worry/confusion.

Photo did not show up on visas and my attempt to order hard copies has thus far proved frustrating.

The visa came in the promised timeframe and process is easy and I am glad they have this process so both traveler and authorities save time at the airport. Just couple of suggestions to make it more customer friendly and make process faster for families with all adults

1) I hope they had a process to handle entire family within one application or allow common info to be copied from one application to another

Because I had all adults in the family I had to file 4 different forms and had to type in ~75% of the common info (home address, dates of entry & exit, itinerary, hotels,, etc.) in each of the application. I definitely could have saved time
Paying for all applications in one credit charge would be an added plus plus

2) If they can send an email once the visa has been approved, would be an added plus

All in all I think it is a good process and I hope all countries had this process

Visa came through in the time stated, and a question that I posed was answered within an hour.

Very fast results. It was so easy to fill out all the required information, attach the required documents and within three days I received my visa. I strongly recommend using this company. Bob S.
