I am frustrated with this system, I applied a month ago and I was asked to pay 11$ to verify the documents submitted, before paying the actual visa fee but since then nothing seems to move and nobody picks up when I call, the numbers on the webpage are all fake. VERY FRUSTRATING AND TIME WASTING

This country does not want tourism. The tool is tortorous and the file sizes are way too low for any normal picture (and you need several of them).

Terrible system that does not meet customer needs. And to make things worse there’s no contact details and even the email provided by embassy. I one responds to queries. My evisa account was locked and of course there’s no one to help unlock it. Such a useless tool.

Terrible e-visa system lead me to lose my flight. Calls to London office yielded nothing, in the end I lost funds for my airline ticket. I should have been at Mombasa enjoying my holiday now. Ridiculous..Thankfully, Morocco does not ask for visa from British people, so I am instead heading there tomorrow!!

As of today 7 Oct 2021, applying single trip visa online does not take you anywhere. I am a non-Kenyan, I cannot go any further than "sign up for an account". It comes up with "email already registered" and after that does not want to proceed. HELP

Total bust 3 years in a row. As of 1/1/2021, there isn't even a choice - you must have an eVisa prior to boarding. The 10 page application ranges from absurd to torturous. Be prepared to provide continent, country, and full 'land address' as separate fields, names of your spouse's parents, even if deceased, etc. On one page you state that you are staying with friends and relatives and provide their address, only to be required to attach hotel booking proof on the next. Attachments must be .jpg under 250kB in size so they need to be scaled, and be prepared that .PDFs of flight itineraries will have to be turned into .jpgs, no easy feat unless you have Acrobat loaded. The grand finally is the payment process that usually hangs up because of security concerns by my CC or payment receipt issues on the Kenyan side once security hurdles are overcome. The cherry on top of this layercake is that the eVisa may not be generated on time or at all. Two times out of 3 had to go through this mess again upon landing at Jomo Kenyatta after a gruelling flight. They really must not want me in their country. Others in the passport control line mirrored my sentiments, so at least I know my experience isn't isolated.

Catastrophic. So far it looks like a scam as I was sent the previous visa I applied for in October instead of the actual one I paid for this current trip. Ok should not have trusted and re-read carefully the attached document instead of trusting blindly.
As bad as can be. I arrived without a visa, had to re-apply, wasted time and money upon arrival on Wednesday. Sent a complaint mail earlier today and awaiting feedback.

I paid extra for two day turnaround and didn't get the visa until I was in Kenya. No refund given. Also the form is tortuous.

It took more 8 days to get the visa after several emails asking what happen to my visa application.
I was told the scanned copy of the passport sent first time was not good enough for a visa application. However, I sent a second and explained I got a visa on the same scan last time and that work I had the visa after 3 days.

Followed the simple instruction steps, paid my money. Was informed It would take approximately 3 working days, and hey presto so it did !!!
Very pleased with the service and notifications, would highly recommend.

Services were delivered as advertised. No hassle visa delivery. Though we printed a copy the electronic copy was sufficient at the entry point.

Visa explanation and format good, but some date mistakes were made on the VISA itself when sent to me the first time.
I checked the VISA very carefully for correct entries, like dates.
Mistakes were pointed out to the company in an email, and they were corrected by the Company.
My VISA was re-sent to me.
I have not used it yet - travelling in a couple of weeks.
The form was easy to fill, payment was made by credit card, and the process took only a few days.

Total rip off !! They will charge you over $200 for a visa that only costs $52 at the airport ! They will also tell you on their website that you can no longer get a visa on arrival, stating that after 2016 you will not be abe to do this. Utter rubbish! I had to apply for visa because I thought this was true, it simply isn't and they took over $200 and paid the Kenya Immigration $52 ! I know this as the Immogration Office showed me the application these people had made. They are applying from some grubby office in Vietnam as the Immigration Service asked me if I had just arrived from Vietnem! They are NOTHING to do with Kenya Immigration and neither are they affiliated to any official visa application scheme in Kenya. I arrived in Nairobi with no visa and had to pay at the airport Don't use them trust them or have anything to do with them. If you have to travel get the visa at the airport when you arrive.
