Neutral rating to be fair
Because I have not actually used it, I gave it a neutral rating to be fair. In fact, I didn't buy it. I came here to see if I should.
I honestly don't know why so many people review a product before they've used it, or a company on the very day of the purchase. That helps nobody!
Thank you to those of you who confirmed the sneaky subscription charges that all online purchases seem to come with nowadays. Manipulation and deceit are how those with a sub-par product make their money.

Fraudulent
I subscribed for a 1 months subscription. There was no section to check on my subscription so I did not know it would automatically renew. They took another payment £39.98 without my consent. You can only correspond with them through email and I got a junior sales person who said she cancelled my subscription but couldn't refund my money. There is still no way of checking if she has done this. It's an absolute disgrace and I have put a dispute in with my bank for fraud.

Great customer service
I wasn't able to stick to the diet for medical reasons so hadn't used it for a while. I noticed I had a subscription which I wanted to cancel and started to worry that I may have got caught up in a scam.
I sent an email asking for advise about how I could cancel. Nora Abot could not have been more helpful. She replied to my email promptly saying that the cancellation had been made.
I will feel happy and confident going back to it as soon as I'm able.
