Do not buy!

We received a K-Supreme as a gift for Christmas 2024. February 17, 2025, it stopped working. Customer service told us to make sure it’s plugged in which it was. They offered a 25% discount on a new one which we declined. The less than 2 month old Keurig is now in the trash.

K-Duo Coffee Maker

I talked to three supervisors Links, John and Marisol and I’m going to tell you they were all good , Links and John gave me a new coffee maker and still it didn’t work so they sent me another one and that one didn’t work and then I got Marisol and she was absolutely awesome. We picked out a totally different coffee maker. I got the K duo plus by Keurig it’s beautiful , it takes ground coffee. I’ve already made 2 cups of single serve and I just this morning made a carafe. I went out. I came back. My coffee was already nice and hot. It’s delicious. Marisol should be rewarded or given some kind of a raise or promotion. She’s phenomenal, Links and John gave me two packages of ground coffee so I’m very happy with the Keurig family and I’ll do business with them for as long as I’m alive and I’m 81 years old.

3 K-Supreme Plus in 3 years

3 K-Supreme Plus in 3 years. They just stop working despite following instructions for brewing and cleaning. My first Keurig lasted over 10 years. What's happened?! Customer service said they couldn't provide assistance since my recent purchase was out of warranty by 6 days. Never again

This my second Keurig coffee maker

This my second Keurig coffee maker. The first one lasted less than a year. I followed all the instructions, purchased the cleaning filters and solution, problem wasn't fixed. I purchased a second Keurig hot/cold brew. Less than a year it stopped working. Again, I invested in filters and cleaning solution. Nothing worked and the descaling light will not go off. I called the help line and they refused to replace my $200 Keurig because I could not provide a receipt. I do not want free pods and a 25% discount. I want my coffee maker replaced. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews or I would have never purchased a Keurig. How can a company have products on the market that do not work and does not back their product. I am now waiting on someone to call me with what??? The only thing that is acceptable is a replacement for my $200 coffee maker that is less than a year old.

I purchased the Keurig Slim coffee…

I purchased the Keurig Slim coffee maker in October. Did not get 2 months use out of it before it would not work. Took it back to Wal Mart on Dec 24th, had to fight like heck to get them to return it. The only way they would return it if I repurchased the same thing which I did not want to do because I felt it was poor quality and didn't make a great cup of coffee. The second machine broke in less than 2 months. Not wanting to fight with Wal Mart again, I called Keurig. They wanted the serial number off the machine and a copy of the receipt, which I did not have, however I did have a copy of my American Express Bill to prove my purchase, They denied me within 15 minutes to cover THEIR product that has a warranty for 1 year. I called them for the second time to object, I was promptly told by the rep that Keurig policies have recently changed and their was nothing she could do. I know what I can do...NEVER BUY A KEURIG AGAIN! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Keurig has the worst customer service…

Keurig has the worst customer service of any company I’ve done business with in a while. They are polite but totally ineffective. Due to a website malfunction I mistakenly ordered two items twice. Over the last month I have called at least 10 times to try to return the duplicate order. They FINALLY sent UPS to pick up the coffeemaker. I am STILL waiting for the 2nd package to be picked up. On top of everything else, it’s also extremely difficult understanding the English of the people who work there.

I have also not received a refund on the coffeemaker.

This process started in December 2024 and still it is unresolved.

I had a wonderful experience with…

I had a wonderful experience with customer support when I called in. The rep was super helpful, calm, patient, and very respectful. I had an issue with my Frother and the rep attempted to help me troubleshoot it and unfortunately did not work. She was able to resolve the issue and have it replaced. I appreciate the great customer service and ability to resolve the issue generously and professionally. Keurig! You have earned a life long customer. Thank you for the pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Thank God for better brands

The people in the customer service department are rude! I will not purchase another keurig product again. I recently purchased a coffee pot that powers down in the middle of a brew so I called customer service to see about a replacement considering that this is a wire issue and don’t want it to catch on fire. Customer service said the will not replace it but would be happy to give me a free box of coffee. Well I already have coffee but without a pot it does no good! This pot was a registered product and only 2 months old. I think keurig should wake up they are no long the only brand on the market these days!!!

Worst website and corporate entity…

Worst website and corporate entity ever. Horrible navigation of website, nearly impossible to get out of auto-delivery once you're registered. I hate their "cutesy" copy writing. Once you've committed to "starter kit," you're doomed. It wasn't made clear at the beginning what your commitment was for ordering pods. Just an awful experience. I will order pods through Amazon from now on. I will NEVER visit that web site again.

It's too bad I can't give a "0" for customer service. I bought a Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, With MultiStream Technology, White. After two months it stopped working but it was too late to return it to Amazon so they gave me a phone number to call to receive another one. Apparently it was approved that I will receive another one; however, I have not seen the new one as yet and it's been over 11 days. They take your money and don't care about the almost two hundred dollars you forked out to a non-operating machine.

This has to be the worst company on the…

This has to be the worst company on the planet to do business with. I have an auto delivery set up that I changed to March 14, 2025 but they are still trying to charge my cared for the order. I called them and asked why that would happen. There is also a Smart Auto Delivery that I was not aware of and that one I get no notice about and they just tried to charge me and ship the order. Fortunately the card on file was cancelled so the charge didn't go through.

If/when you place an order with them if you make a mistake and realize it as soon as you place the order they will never cancel an order. They say once an order is place it can never be cancelled. What company does that? Keurig, that who, and I have never is my many, many years of doing online business have I ever seen that. I am a website developer and I know how easy it is to have a process in place online to cancel an order that has been placed incorrectly.

I tried to send an email with the issue this morning and their support form does not work. This company is bad to the bone.

Poor quality coffee maker and poor customer service.

Our experience with our keurig supreme Plus coffee maker lasted 18 months and stopped working. I called Keurig and I was told that there is only one year warranty and they offered 30% of a machine that from them cost $300.00. I told them that I fount the same machine on Amazon for half that price so that even with the 30% off I would pay considerably more even with the 30% off.
These machines a poor quality and many fail prematurely and Keurig must be aware of this and yet allow no goodwill. Over a month ago I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I would hear back within a week and to date to response.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Machine broke within 6 months so in their warranty but because I didn't have the receipt they would not replace. They had on record exactly where and when it was bought so why would I need a receipt!?!?

I would prefer to leave a zero rating instead of a 1. Purchased a Keurig small single serve on 5/18/24 through Amazon. Registered it on the Keurig site. It quit working on 1/1/25. Submitted a message to Customer Service, of course no one reached out. Called after three working days and spoke to Cust Svc. Submitted a screen shot of the Amazon purchase, a copy of the s/n registration from the Keurig website and a pic of the machine. Was told my warranty request would be sent to another dept for review because I had thrown away the machine and couldn’t provide a pic of the actual s/n on the machine. Who keeps a broken coffee maker after registering it with the manufacturer? Apparently you’re supposed to store broken equipment in case Keurig wants the consumer to ship it back to them at the consumer’s cost. Submitted all proof of purchase again. This time I was told that since I had covered the order # on the proof of purchase, it was not valid. The Amazon order # does not belong to Keurig, it is proprietary to me and Amazon. Now I’ve received a message that the maker is out of warranty, was purchased as used, no picture of the actual s/n was available and it was not purchased through a valid retailer. They have lost my business forever and I have purchased Keurig coffee makers for many years.

I owned several Keurig over the years

I owned several Keurig over the years. Worked okay but not great! The coffee maker gave me a descale message, so I purchased a bottle of Keurig descale solution. Followed the instructions for descaling the coffee maker. While do the final rinse according to instructions the coffee maker drained all the water out without stopping and giving an add water light. The coffee maker shut down and could not power it up again. Contact the Keurig and I was told that the pot was out of warranty and all they want to offer you was a 50% off to buy their product which was twice as much as it was in all the other stores. I explained to them that this was a common thing that happens while descaling and that I did my research and I used their product and follow the instructions and I shouldn't be responsible for the damage to the coffee maker while using their product! They never offered to repair the coffee maker just to replace it at their retail price. It's really sad if this is known problem and there are not any warning or recall .

Keurig is not a reputable company

Keurig is not a reputable company. Like any other company that used to make quality products they have started making their machines to die just after out of warranty. I have 3 Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart machines all of which died exactly 13 months after plugging in, just one month past warranty. One machine was plugged in and used for 2 weeks as it started to leak, I put it back in the box and 13 months took it out of the box plugged it back in to temporarily use it and as soon as I hit brew it died. The reps state that is unusual for the machines to die but yet I have 3 of same and have read many other reviews with the same complaint. They dont even want them back to test because they know the problem, they are programmed to die just after warranty expired. They are no longer a stand up company and will not honor there products. We need to have there machines inspected and start a class action lawsuit.

Waste of time customer service

Dimensions were off between website and my coffeemaker which arrived. Spoke with someone who said she would send/ email me labels within three days. Spoke to another person days later who said she was escalating it to a manager . It’s now six days later and haven’t received labels. Tried using online contact form and got error code. Chat option doesn’t work . Horrible horrible company.
