Kuerig SUCKS!
HORRIBLE!
I informed Keurig at the very beginning that the brewer was a gift and I had no receipt. Despite this, I spent over an hour on the phone repeating serial numbers and performing troubleshooting steps, only to be told at the end that a receipt was required before any assistance could be provided. Had I been told that upfront, it would have saved substantial time and frustration.
Keurig Customer Service Sucks!
Keurig brand and Keurig customer service are horrible. They said they would honor the warranty for the Keurig Crema that I’ve only had for a little over four months. They then said they had none available to send me. When I checked on the Keurig site the Keurig Crema was available. What scam are they perpetrating? I will continue to try to get answers. I’ll never buy a Keurig again. Horrible customer service. This is the second Keurig that went after having it a short time. Just garbage.

I purchased a Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker from Amazon on January 6. It is under warranty and 3 months old. It has failed. Not heating water and causes the pod to leak, and makes about 2 oz of coffee. Submitted a claim online. Called. I was taken through the most ridiculous "troubleshooting" process imaginable. They basically wanted me to disassemble the machine. They finally decided they would replace the machine, but it will not arrive for 7 days. Then, I get an email asking me to submit proof of purchase (I had already done this) and to take a picture of the tiny QR code on the back of the machine. I had already submitted the serial number. This is customer service avoidance. The rep I spoke to did not have a command of the English language. Very difficult to understand. In a nutshell, send everything twice... then I get an email saying it's "under review" and will take an additional 3 days before they decide whether to replace the defective unit (that is under their warranty). Ridiculous, convoluted, infuriating process. I'll never buy another one. A strong STAY AWAY from Kurig.
This is the worst customer experience...
This is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Starting with Saira in the Phillipines. Verified my proof of purchase and purchase date on the call. Still required written proof of purchase even though this was a gift. After gaining the copy of the receipt from my mother-in-law, it was still rejected. Let me show you why:
We could not process your request due to one the following reasons:
Serial number is not valid.
Proof of purchase provided is not valid.
Proof of purchase shows a purchase date outside of our 1-year warranty.
Proof of purchase states brewer was purchased “Used.”
Proof of purchase provided is not from an authorized retailer.
These criminals are worse than an insurance company,
DO NOT BUY KEURIG PRODUCTS!!!
Don’t waste your time, or money!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I purchased a Keurig coffee machine less than six months ago, and when an issue came up, I did what any customer would do. I reached out to customer service. Not once, not twice, but multiple times through the proper channels. Every single time, I was met with silence. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing.
At this point, it’s not even just about the broken useless machine. It’s about the complete lack of support after the sale. A product can have issues, that happens, but ignoring customers who are trying to get help within a warranty period is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of accountability and care for the people who are actually buying and using your products.
I gave more than enough time and opportunity for someone to step in and resolve this, but that never happened. As a result, I’m now left with a product that isn’t working properly and no support from the company behind it.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Keurig to others. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help .. you’ll likely be left on your own.
Cannot cancel orders + deceptive return policy
I ordered a coffee maker from Keurig.com. Within hours on a Sunday (non-business day), I called to cancel. Keurig refused and told me to call back after I received the machine.
After I received it, I called again to return it. Keurig told me I must pay for return shipping out of my own pocket. Their website advertised "FREE SHIPPING" but never disclosed this policy before purchase.
I have not paid the return shipping. I refuse to. I have filed a BBB complaint.
Buy from Amazon or anywhere else that offers free returns. Keurig's return policy is deceptive.
Update: The company eventually offered to pay for return shipping. Case closed.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased at 7:30pm one night next morning I saw it was discounted $45.00 so I called to see if they could give me the credit ooo no I didn’t buy it this morning so I asked could we cancel my order and let me reorder oooo no it’s in the system
You can’t cancel it’s still there not shipped. So I can ship it back and by that time it won’t be 45.00 less. I will never buy another Keurig from anywhere. Do not buy one ! They are greedy and make it so you can’t do anything. They won’t refund won’t give credit and shame on them. I will be returning when it gets here and buying a different brand from another supplier.
2 strikes and your out
I bought the red Keurig compact coffee machine that was on sale at Walmart for $49. I had bought the same one a couple years ago and it didn't last long and it stopped working and I thought I would just try it again because I like the color, size and the price was good. This machine was worse than the first one it only lasted about 15 times and quit working. Unfortunately I had it in the box new for a month or so while I used up my other coffee and the receipt was pass 30 days so I could not return it. I will never buy another Keurig product. There are some similar brands out there that I am going to try but never ever Keurig not getting three chances.

Had the following product 2 1/2 years, cleaned it regularly and yet the clean light never stopped blinking and finally the pressure to push the water through stopped. $110 Dollars for this piece of junk. Run from this model as fast as you can:

I bought a Keurig coffee maker from Target, and just 2½ months later it overheated and completely stopped working. I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal—I’d just return it to Target and get a replacement.
That’s where the real problem started.
The serial number on the machine doesn’t match the one on my receipt. I have no idea how that even happened. We only bought one unit, the box was brand new and sealed, so I can only assume something went wrong at the store—either a mix-up or a system issue. It seems like whatever was scanned on the outside of the box didn’t match the actual unit inside.
Because of that mismatch, Target refused to return or replace it. Even worse, they made me feel like I was trying to scam them, which is honestly pretty frustrating when all I did was buy a product that failed after a couple of months.
At the end of the day, I’m stuck with a broken coffee maker and no help from either Keurig or Target. I just want a working product and for someone to take responsibility for what clearly looks like a tracking or quality control issue.
Order Lost by USPS - No Refund by Keurig
I ordered K-cups in November. They were shipped and I was billed for the purchase. However, I never received them. According to USPS tracking, they are in a postal service warehouse, but the postal service cannot find them. It is now 4 months later and USPS says that they still cannot find my order. Despite this acknowledgement from the postal service, Keurig still will not give me a refund for my lost order.
Inept customer service
In March 2026 I spent over an hour on the phone with "customer svc" explaining that my machine was defective; the descale light would not turn off. He said he would ship 1 descaling solution which never arrived. The light is still on.
I wrote the Keurig President - no reply.
Why can't they have a troubleshooting dept - or train their agents to do same? There is no customer service.

I purchased a keurig coffee maker with the whole pot or single cup option! Neither works half the time. On the pods I have to start at least twice per cup & on a full pot I have to start at least 3 times to get a full pot. I would not recommend this coffee machine to my worst enemy

This isn't bad luck — it's a pattern. Keurig has perfected the art of producing an innovative, convenient product with absolutely no quality control behind it. Each machine lasts just long enough to push you past your frustration threshold before it dies, and then the cycle repeats.
Customer service? Save your time. What you'll get is scripted sympathy and a 25% discount off RETAIL price — which is typically 25% above what any major retailer already charges. Net savings: zero. Net respect for the customer: zero.
What makes this worse is who's behind it. Keurig is owned by Keurig Dr Pepper, which also owns Green Mountain Coffee. These are not small, struggling companies. This is a billion-dollar enterprise with the resources to fix these chronic quality issues and a leadership team that has clearly chosen not to. When a company of this size keeps producing the same defective product year after year, that's not an oversight — that's a decision.
I'm not buying another Keurig machine. And given their ownership structure, I'm done with Keurig Dr Pepper and Green Mountain products entirely. There are better-built alternatives that actually last.

Run away from the idea of using Keurig's online ordering system. You are better off using another online retailer or looking for sales in a retail outlet rather than dealing with this headache. All of a sudden, I'm receiving coffee, and I didn't even order it. They will act as if they did nothing wrong, and you have a mini coffee warehouse.
I bought a K Creama
I bought a K Creama from Costco. After 3 months it wouldn't work. The machine would not open so I could not place pod in the machine. I sent it back and I received a replacement. After 2 weeks the replacement wouldn't work. I called customer service but I couldn't understand the agent because of her foreign accent. I asked to talk to her supervisor. She said they were all busy but one would call me. Never heard back. A horrible experience all around. I wouldn't ever buy another Keurig coffee machine. Dave Jones
