Keurig send robot email responses. Customer service reps tell you someone will call and nobody does. Seriously downhill company with no personal assistance. Have a problem? Kiss it good-bye because Keurig won't help.
Double billed and no k cups received
On 10/13/25, I placed a 39.99 order for kcups. Less than 8 hours later I was billed twice. As of 10/15, no shipping of cups. Customer service refuses to get a manager and I am now out 79.98.

My single cup Keurig Coffee Maker was purchased three weeks ago on Amazon. I called customer service and went through a trouble shooting process. It was determined the pump does not work. I sent pictures of the Amazon bill and a picture of the serial number. Two calls later and Keurig customer service says the serial number does not match their records. I feel this a delay tactic to avoid exchanging for a new unit. This is the third unit to fail in three years. Maybe I should ask for a refund instead.
Defective Out of the Box
I was offered a discount to purchase another machine after getting one that was defective out of the box. My mistake was not to put it into immediate use and let the company warranty lapse. I was told there was nothing they could do but offer me a discount to replace a machine that did not work from day one. Why would I put out more money to get a working machine. No thank you!

I have the K145 Office Pro and I have had mine for 5 years and it was used when I acquired it. I have thoroughly enjoyed it! Never have I had any problems with it besides once or twice it only filled the cup halfway, which in such a long time of owning, is excellent. I change the filter every 3-4 months and I usually make 2 or 3 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea a day. I know it probably won't last forever but when that day comes that it quits working, I definitely will be buying another one!
Don't Waste Your Money
The coffee maker suddenly "died" (no power) after 13 months...1 month following the expiration of the warrantee. I emailed for help, and was told to contact customer service. Customer service offered me a "deal" on a new one, but the deal was simply what I would pay on the website. The they offered me a 25% off coupon, but it doesn't work. Never again!
KEURIG is not a reputable company!
I recently contacted Keurig due to a problem with my coffee maker. I've called. I've looked over the website for help, and I've even emailed my concerns. My coffee maker would not heat nor give any coffee except 2 tablespoons of liquid. I've descaled it over the past 3 years and now it's not working. Customer service lacks in service. They sent emails continually to use the website. The Website lacks in every place. I've asked to speak to someone else and still they won't. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FORC2 WEEKS WITH NO GUIDANCE. DON'T BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM. THEY DON'T HONOR ANYTHING.
I would recommend a Ninja or any other coffee maker than Keurig
Be sure when you purchase a Keurig that you definitely want it, because you have 30 days to return and you will pay the return shipping which costs me 60 dollars a third of what I paid for the coffee maker. Also be prepared to wait a month for the money to be refunded and making phone calls a couple of time's to remind them. Good luck.
Terrible customer service
My Keurig started smoking and won't turn on. It is 3 months beyond the one year warranty. Spoke to Keurig Canada and was offered a 35% discount coupon to order a new coffee maker off their site. When I received the coupon code it wouldn't work. Called Keurig back and was told it was being escalated and someone would call me back within 48 hours. Terrible customer service. Who wants to go without a coffee maker while they wait 2 days to hear back and then wait another 5-7 days for delivery.

Keurig has the worst customer service!!!! I purchased a machine that stopped working 30 days later. Called in to have the warranty offered, only to be told "Your receipt is not valid"... AND IT WAS THE RECEIPT GIVEN TO ME BY THE MERCHANT 'WALMART'! I've submitted pictures of the machine, the bar code, the receipt, etc. and was told that I would have to wait on corporate to call me. It has been 48 hours, still no call back. Their customer service is the absolute worst!!!!
Failed After 6 Months
I bought a Keurig K-Supreme in January, 2025. I registered it with Keurig. It failed in August. When I contacted customer service, I was told to send an e-mail showing the serial number of the machine.
I did exactly as told. I confirmed the e-mail address. They denied my claim saying I had not provided the information they needed. I resent the info along with the claim number and my mailing address. Still no word from Keurig. I called again and asked for a supervisor. Was told they would call back. No word.
If you want a coffee maker that lasts longer than 6 months don't buy a Keurig.
Customer service is nonexistent. A very disappointing experience.

I ordered a Keurig coffee machine from the official website. The package was shipped via UPS, but during delivery they reported it as damaged and sent it back to the sender. However, I have not received any information about a refund or a replacement. Customer support has not reached out and offered no solution. At this point, I risk simply losing my money because there has been no response from the company. I am very disappointed with the level of service.

Agree with all the comments about the horrendous and nearly unintelligible 'customer service', absolutely ridiculous. Then, the machines themselves- pure garbage, quality hasn't been a primary objective in any of the models over the years that's for sure.. water leakage has been a big issue, even new out of the box we had one flood the counter and cause water damage to cabinets. And WTF wouldn't they design such a machine to fit standard size travel mugs?!?!? They have literally one job- and they're failing miserably at it... yet people seem to be swallowing the moron pill and keeping them in business for some reason.. probably all the 'DEI' employment practices. Long story short, our Keurig, when the lights would go out, it would take approximately six hours for the machine to reset, and after a few more months, it doesn’t work at all, we tried calling customer service talk to people we could not understand, email them proof of purchase And they were simply not send us a replacement, will never buy one again I suggest you don’t either
Bought a defective Keurig
Bought a defective Keurig. The Keurig I bought was used 15 times. I called customer service, asking if I could somehow fix it. They admitted it was defective, but was out of warranty ( had it for 7 months, only used it 15 times when I travel) the water would not heat or dispense. Thumbs down on Keurig... customer service was only interested in making a sale, not solving a problem or respecting me as a customer.

Purchased K-Duo 12-cup and single serve model. Machine started dumping water out of the k-cup side without even having the power on. Electronics on the top went crazy and would not let us push either button for carafe or cup use. Called in for troubleshooting and was told there is none. Unfortunately I am in agreement with the previous reviews. The best Keurig will do is give a discount on the purchase of yet another replacement. This is the fourth one I purchased and it just stopped working after 15 months. I asked if they could extend the warranty if purchasing another. I was informed by customer support 12 months is the maximum warranty they have. It seems the equipment is low quality and dispensable for a kitchen appliance. It's a shame. Maybe they should read some of these concerns and review their quality, inspections, warranty, and business practices. Good luck to anyone purchasing a Keurig. I am told Nesco offers a similar, yet higher quality alternative.

I’ve owned two keurig… both had the same problem, they wouldn’t close. Both would not let me pull the handle down!!! Called customer service. Was told I would have to order another machine, they didn’t carry the part by itself. Keurig is trash, you’ve been warned.
We have had Keurigs for years, but...
We have had Keurigs for years and haven't had an issue. The taste isn't gourmet, but the convenience has been there. However our last Keurig pooped out after only 6 months. It was a combo cold and hot drink maker. It started spewing grounds into our cups and not giving us a full cup. We finally gave up and bought a different one we have had luck with in the past.
