Ryan makes this company proud, it is very hard to deal with merchant companies these days, they come across as impersonal, trying to up sell you on everything that you don't need and on top of that they hardly ever listen to what you want because they are running off at the mouth and you cannot get a word in edgewise ,too exhausting to say the least.

Ryan listens to you very quietly and take notes which I like and he repeats what you say to make sure he has written down what you have asked for and when he did not have the answer he made it his business to find out and got back to me right away, he operates as any business should that services the public at large, he puts the human back in humanity and as long as I am a business needing merchant services he will always have my business here at Kibopay.

So far I have been very pleased with the services of KiboPay. The representative made the transition to the company simple. I had an issue with a component in my system and had it replaced with little hassle. My restaurant is experiencing an increase in business due to the ease of transactions.

Everything I have done with Mike was done very efficiently. I changed Mike accounts, and he helped immediately. I have missed my credit card deposits on any day!

I love that I always get a real live person when I call, and a real life person that I can actually understand. We had some issues with the credit card processor charging weird, excessive fees, but those seem to be resolved. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!
