Delivery says 2 to 4 days, now over a week, 5 emails sent asking for updates, but no replies.

Avoid this company at all cost, we are now in the process of taking legal action against them as they sent us a car with a damaged door, where you can clearly see they have tried to fix It, but they have done a really bad attempt as you can clearly see the damage done, too which we have evidence off, also the lettering is missing on the back end of the car , and to top if all off the electric motors are wired the wrong way round so when you press forward it goes backwards, and vice Versa, with very basic instructions, in fact I would go to say they are the worse instructions I have ever seen and we have bought flat pack furniture from ikea. We had tried to explain the situation over email to the customer care team, to which we received no apology, and no ownership of the damage done, and basically trying to blame us for the damage done. I would go as far to say they was trying to put the blame on us! Even though we had picture evidence and videos sent in to them, I do not rate this company even 1 star due to the price of the product, and the way we received the item, then to the complaint department outright blaming us, if I broke it I would own up and accept the damage done as I am not a FAKE like this company, we are really annoyed with kiddies motors, I will be trying my upmost to write as many bad reviews on all platforms so that no one else would buy from this company, it is a waste of money, go to Smyths where you know you will get a new product back or a refund.I will be sending more emails off to the company to see if we get any further. Unhappy is an understatement as it was for our 1 year olds birthday.

Bought a children's electric scooter but battery not lasting and seat post lose won't tighten up properly rubbish made not worth the money

We didn’t really like the original product which was too small for my five year old daughter; the staff were really helpful in recommending suitable products for her age and height. Really appreciate the help and willingness to allow us to swap what we had originally bought.
Felt really respected and won’t bother looking anywhere else for this type of product in the future as I know exactly where to shop.

I have bought two of my nephews one each this year both and they were delivered on time with in two days and were easy too assemble they both loved them

Fantastic service and great product- I had been looking for the car everywhere and Kiddies motors is the only place I could find it. Collected with it assembled and the lovely gentleman helped me put it in my car too- great service thank you!

Product is of good quality, but unfortunately was not suitable for what we required it for.

Ordered for grandaughters Birthday. Came a day late but still in time for Birthday. Haven't taken it out of the box yet so can't comment on product yet.

Scooters were perfect, come before Easter as they are Easter gifts for my children, haven’t tried them out yet as they are a gift
