The camera arrived and broke on the second use I have contacted them asking for an exchange or refund and still no response four months on. The camera won’t charge absolutely shocking service! DO NOT BUY, SCAM.

Unfortunately I had to return my KidKam order, of which I never received my refund!! I had confirmation and tracking that was sent to the refunds support “provided” on their website but received no response. After trying multiple times to get my money back I gave up. Would not recommend to buy from here at all. Scammed out of my return.

My son loved it
Took a week to arrive but it was great
I read reviews on here and worried my items arrived
My kids love the camera and the phone my son has autism and delayed development
He loves it
So if you want a bargain and some fun and can wait a week
Then I would recommend the camera

I ordered s camera plus 6 additional printing films from kids cam on 11th Feb. It states that products are delivered the next working dsy by tracked and signed delivery. I got emailed a tracking no for Amazon shipping, and it said the product being delivered was the camera. On 13th February, I had just the 6 extra printing films delivered (worth £8), and not the polaroid camera itself. I then came these Trustpilot reviews and found they have a 2.1 star rating. There are multiple complaints of them scamming people and not delivering products, or not refunding returned products. It was only after I sent a second email on 16th Feb outlining I had seen the Trustpilot reviews, and would notify the trading standards about their scam, and take them to a small claims court if necessary that they sent me the camera. I also had sent a picture of the packaging for the 6 printing films recieved to prove it was too small to accommodate for the camera and films. On 18th Feb I did recieve the camera, but got no reply to my emails and webform query sent on 14th and 16th Feb. If you have any concerns, leave a review on the main website as well as here, and take a screenshot of it. If your review disappears, notify trading standards. You're far better off buying from a trusted site like amazon. I'm convinced the website reviews have a lot of fake reviews, and authentic reviews dont get posted given the disparity between them and trustpilot reviews.

I think the clue is in the name (Kid Scam). I ordered a camera with additional rolls of paper. All I received was the rolls of paper. Despite several attempts email them and fill out the online form, I've had no response from them so don't expect to get the camera now. I looked up their address on Google Maps and it's just a random bungalow, so doubt it's a proper business address. Don't go near this company, stick to Amazon or another trusted site.

I wish I found these real reviews. The reviews on their site are fake. This company steals from you. They never delivered my product, never respond to emails . They are scammers...Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid like the plague. Their customers service is non-existent. I am out of pocket to the tune of £50 for an item I returned. I know they received the item as it was tracked. I have had absolutely zilch communication since (3 weeks). They have my money and the item I returned. I am now in the process of issuing court proceedings.

#WARNING# do not buy from this website! Order took ages to come firstly. Then the screen is cracked on the inside apparently from a drop which isn’t true! But Simon knows best!! But Simon takes days and days to reply to messages unless you hound him like a dog! I want a full refund but they tell me there’s nothing they can do! Do not buy if you have a problem there shocking customer service have never dealt with a company so bad to be honest!!!

My Mum got one of these for my daughter for Christmas and it has been a hit. She ordered in November and did initially get an e-mail asking if they could delay sending, so she responded that she would prefer it sooner than later and it arrived a week later.
My daughter has had a blast taking silly pictures of us all and her toys and there are little filters that have been fun too.
Easy to charge and so far it’s been a favourite gift this Christmas.

Don't believe all the reviews. I was worried once finding them. Cameras arrived within a few days. Kids love them. Picture quality is fine for little kids. Pretty unbreakable. They loved them. Good communication from company when I was scared it was a scam.

I wish I’d found these REAL review prior to ordering from this company!! Absolutely SHOCKING service! Disappointing their service doesn’t match their great website and cherry selected 5 star reviews!! Order placed on 14th, email confirmation sent on 18th stating my items were being delivered, I live in Scotland, still NOTHING received!!! I’ve contacted them several times, NO REPLY! No phone number either! I can see why after reading these REAL reviews! Money has been taken from my bank! Utterly disappointed, as this was on my daughter’s Santa list!!!

Ordered item on Tuesday for next day delivery it’s now Saturday I received the email to say the order is complete and the money has been taken. I’ve received no confirmation that the item has been sent or provided with a tracking number.
I’ve emailed twice I’ve also left 2 replies on the website that says they will respond within 48 hours and had no response.
They need to take free next day delivery and dedicated customer support off of their page as they have proved they are not capable of either.

We ordered one too for our little boy’s Christmas present. Nothing, money lost. No camera. Scam !

Same as all the other reviews (I wished I checked before ordering).

Purchase made on 11th of December with next day delivery…. Still nothing.

Update: Received today. Hopefully others have received theirs too.
Avoid! Don’t buy from them. Purchased 6th dec, still not got. Same story as all the comments below. Company is registered to ASA corp but the tracking link tells me to go via AJ ships (a separate company on companies house) to raise any concerns. Going round in circles. Going to have to re-buy before xmas - likely won’t get money back. Lost £50, just before xmas - not ideal for anyone this time of year.

Update on the Camera, our young granddaughter loves it.
It was a shame that there was no communication from the company about the delay in delivery, we didn't think it would arrive in time for Christmas. The website said delivery would be swift!

Good news, it has just arrived 21st December… phew!
I received a text from AmazonEU saying it was out for delivery this morning.

Like others who have ordered a KidsKam I have not received the one I ordered on 8th December.
I had a mail saying it would be delivered via Amazon, I find this puzzling?
I have been patient believing it would turn up!
I have just mailed the company but don’t expect a reply having read these reviews, appears to be a ‘con’.

This company is going to get it self burnt out this week scamming everyone and myself they messed with the wrong family now

Have contacted the company multiple times regarding my order that I never received over two months ago with no response! No tracking provided and item never delivered!! Disgusting customer service.

Ordered on 8th December for next day delivery but not recieved and no response to emails.
No other contact for customer service.
Not a cheap item at almost £50 and a lot of money to waste.
Very disappointed and upset about the situation.

Really poor customer service. I sent two emails and finally yesterday Simon replied saying it would be delivered today via dpd, it wasn't. DPD don't even have the parcel. I had no message today so at the end of the day I requested the order be cancelled. After receiving that message they then raised the delivery via Amazon for an unspecified date. My 6 year old daughter's birthday was today. I had to buy another gift because this was not delivered today. I paid extra for 'next day' shipping. I have no idea when it will arrive and no longer need it. They know this and are ignoring me. Avoid at all costs. Trustpilot manages to aggregate 100% 1 star reviews into a score of 2.6, a reminder to not trust Trustpilot either.
