My camera has stopped working and I am trying to get in touch with the company - have ignored 4 emails. Any advice on how to get customer service please.

Poor customer service
We purchased a children’s camera from this company on 16 October 2024. It was intended as a birthday gift for our grandson. Unfortunately we discovered that his parents had bought him a similar gift. We contacted Kids Kam, asking for the address for returning unwanted items on 29 October. We returned the item on 7 November and have heard nothing since, in spite of sending a further email on 20 November. The address is the wrong one, which they must have known. The company now have the camera and our money (£50). We certainly will not be dealing with this company again and are considering what action to take to resolve this issue.

Kids Kam not the ideal company to do business with!

Kids Kam not the ideal company to do business with. Item arrived quickly so that was good.
Goods inside were not protected from and bashes it would get while being delivered. We ordered kids cameras reasonably protected in the actual presentation box but then they were just sent in a plastic bag and the corners of presentation box were bashed slightly, not very good for a gift.
The items arrived without any receipt, which you need to return an item.
The cameras were not what we wanted so we needed to send the cameras back, but they had to be returned with the receipt that was not supplied. You have to then contact the supplier to supply you with the return address.
We have sent 4/5 requests for the receipt and the return address that have not been forthcoming, even though they say the reply will be within 24 hours.
I contacted them by the internal contact form first and then by email with no reply at all, completely quite. There is no phone number either and you just have to wait until someone contacts you.
Best keep away from this company, we should have checked them out better.
A very unhappy customer.

As a paperless company, we do not include physical receipts in our shipments. Receipts and return instructions are always available upon request.
