I rely on Kids Services intermittently when I'm away on business. The feedback I receive from my children (11 & 13 years old) is that the drivers are always friendly, careful and occasionally funny! A great service and one I trust emphatically.

Kids Services has been fantastic - responsive and detailed and we've been really happy with the nanny they provided us with for the past school year. Very professional, reliable and amazing with our children.
I have used Kids Services for 1 year during which we had 2 drivers. The drivers we were matched with were very reliable and trust worthy. The agency provided all the information needed (DBS check, driving license) and arranged for a meeting prior starting which was very reassuring as the service was for my 3.5 years old.
I can highly recommend their service.
The only downside I found is that if the driver is ill / unavailable they do not provide a replacement but I guess the fee would be much higher if that was an option.
My Experience with Kids Service, was very good. I really value Sandra my daughter guardian who didn't miss any day during the pickup and drop off at my daughter school.

A Kids Services driver takes our son to and from school every day and we have been extremely happy with the support and service provided. If our usual driver is away for any reason, Kids Services always make an alternative arrangement. We have had the same driver and the same back-up driver throughout.
I have been thrilled with Kids Services, which arranges daily school runs for my son. They quickly found a driver who is absolutely wonderful - reliable, friendly, and great with kids. On the rare occasion our driver is unavailable, Kids Services has told me in advance and provided another driver to fill in for her. I've recommended Kids Services to friends and neighbors also looking for help with school runs, several of whom have gone on to use the company and to have been equally pleased with the results.
It took a couple of attempts to find a reliable driver but now that we have one I can highly recommend the service. Our driver is on time, reliable, friendly and polite. My daughter loves her! It is not cheap - especially if you live within the congestion zone and have to absorb the charge - but the peace of mind and reliability of the service is worth it.
