I am not recommending this company at all. The reasons : 1.if you think you will buy solid stuff made in UK, you are mistaken, I both 360 photo both from them, after few weeks a received a bill from DHL for around £90 to pay for duty stamp as they shipped it from China, there was no information on their website and Clive didn't informed me about it either.
2.On their web it says you will get power bank- didn't get one (they sent me one after my email). 3 On their web says you will get a gift - never received one. 4. On their web it says you will get red carpet- I received some piece of red/ ish material with quilaty lower than 0, I would never go with this into the client! 5. They said they will send you custom sticker- didn't receive one. 6. They said you will get props for the events - yes, I got some paper little stuff you cen get from Poundland. 7. They said you will get money gun- arrived used one with scratches and without money! ( They sent me new one after my email). 8 trying to get in contact with Clive is a miracle.
It's such an unprofessional approach and shame for the company who is selling this stuff for around £2k ! Saying you will get this and that from them included in the price and either whatever you receive is very low quality or you don't receive it all.

A very special thank you to Clive! This service was exceptional. He was so understanding and brought our vision to life with the cold sparks and dry ice. He made our wedding day a dream and we are so so thankful. He went the extra mile! A very memorable and special day indeed. Very professional and on time. A great value for money. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

Absolutely amazing. Very professional team, responded to message quickly. They followed up with a file of all the videos taken in the evening, fantastic memories captured.

Good quality, came with everything the said, good quality, my was little bit damaged but the resolve, the people are kinda, and they r so first to attend, I recommend.

This team really came through well for our wedding reception. As many guests as possible were able to use the 360 booth and we received a folder full of videos at the end of our booking. Great energy and great company to book for your special day.

Booking Process:

Dealing with a human is a big plus in this day and age, the booking process was effortless, the team are extremely helpful, reassuring and kind. They removed the stress from me completely and took charge of the whole process - all I had to do is answer a few questions and pay!

Pricing:

I looked around quite a bit before I found King 360 and the price is great, especially for the ease of service that you get.

Service:

During the set up, I didn't even notice them. They quickly came and set everything up and had everything ready for me effortlessly. I came to have a quick check to see if everything looked ok and it looked fantastic. All of the guests enjoyed their experience with them and they created a discrete buzz around the area and had everyone dancing.

Super professional, highly recommend.

Purchased a 360 booth off King360 and I’m loving it! They helped me pick the right booth, came with everything I wanted and even surprised me with extra bits thank you so much guys!

King 360's services were amazing! They turned up to the venue early to ensure that they were able to set up their booth swiftly and in a safe location which was easily accessible, plus their customer service was brilliant, very friendly during the booking process, and even more friendlier and forthcoming during the booking - partying with my guests and encouraging them to record a video on the 360 booth, creating a lasting memory of my event! Highly recommend and look forwards to hopefully seeing them again at either a family or a friends event booking!
