This company is a scam, I applied for a loan on 02/03/2025 and as of 02/13/2025 I have never received the funds, I have been back and forth with support who continue to tell me to just keep waiting, I am done waiting give me my funds or let me cancel my account.

After several conversations with the customer service reps about the deposit that was promised, I never received a payment.

Loan was approved a week ago. Still haven't received the money.

It’s been over 24 hours and I have not received funds.

I signed up and never got funded, so a horrible experience.

Was approved for a loan on Friday and told I would receive funds Monday. It's the following Friday, and still never received funds or reason why I didn't and was only ever told to wait for a call back that I never received. If you are DEPENDENT on a quick loan, look elsewhere.

Your customer service is useless. Your supervisors are snarky, and unwilling to do anything to help. Your trainee didn't verify info that held up my withdrawal, and some how, I am the one paying the price? This company needs some SERIOUS changes in the management. How are you going to claim great customer service, when you don't care about the MISTAKES YOU MADE? Terrible, I wish I could give 0 stars. Loyal client of 2 paid off loans on number 3, and REALLY REGRETTING trusting your company to simply, do the right thing and fix their error. You should be ashamed to claim the best customer service, when you have no clue what that actually entails.

Approved on 1/21, was supposed to be funded on 1/22 and here we are today on 1/28 with no response. I have called every single day and they can't do anything. Shit will hit the fan if any money is taken out of my account. Customer service does not exist if they can't help resolve the issue and all they say is to wait. Done waiting!

I was approved for a loan on 1/24 that was supposed to be funded on 1/27. The money was never deposited into my bank account. When I called, told me that they only handle the application process and not funding. Rep also stated they don't know when I would hear back from them regarding this issue. Now I'm seeing multiple reviews with the same issue.

All five Games in a random keys were asbsolutely spetacular!

Huge waste of time and extremely misleading. They took my information for a loan, but ended up selling all my information to "trusted lenders" and now my inbox and phone are blowing up. All these people do is farm information. For the unlucky few that get a loan, you'll pay 6x what you borrow even though they claim to be the best for people with bad credit. Just a information farming place. Beware.

I very late getting funded from the 17th until the 23rd I was told 24 hours but anyway, merry Christmas. Thanks.

I never received anything from KingsofKash and I hope you don't try to bill me

I was approved for a loan that was supposed to be funded on 11/6. The money was never deposited into my bank account. They told me that there was a problem with my bank. So, I canceled the loan. But they never actually canceled the loan and now payments are being withdrawn from my account for a loan that I never received. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will be getting an attorney.
