Applied and approved for loan but never received funds the next day or even 2 days later so just canceled… Good thing because it reminded me how ridiculously expensive your fees are

I have waited over a week and still have not received funds. I am currently being charged interest on money I don't have.

I found myself in a financially tight spot and needed help. I worked exclusively with your customer service representative December. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but when I had issues with emailing my bank statement, she was very kind, patient, and came up with solution based answers that immediately rectified the situation. I found it very easy to relate to her. December really deserves a RAISE.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If you are looking for a loan of this type, chances are, you are in desperate need of fast cash. Well please, listen to me, take your business elsewhere. All of the other reviewers who mention they waited days for their money only to be told there is a “bank issue”, they were right. I wish I would have listened to them and chose a different company. Their promise was finds would be deposited in 24 banking hours. 7 days later and I still have not gotten funds deposited. My account is now $300 negative and I am in a worse position now than I was when I reached out to KOK for help. King of Kash should change their name to King of Trash. Please, heed my warning. There are lots of other payday/bad credit loan companies out there that actually deposit money in your account, use them instead!

I signed my loan agreement on October 23rd and my funds have yet to be deposited. All I am being told is its a bank issue on their end.

Y'all did very, very, very bad.I have not received any funds, but yet somebody told me that y'all are going to still try to take a payment out of my account which will cause y'all to get a lawsuit.

never received loan deposit?
requested 10/15 and received email confirmation loan disbursement would be in 24 hours? I expected at least with 48 hours!
I called customer service daily and all they said and knew there was a supposed delay due to bank delay-no further explanation?
It is 10/23 and still no deposit of loan request and no follow-up information?

I needed the money and never received it, so when you read the reviews with complaints about never receiving the money that "King of Kash" employees Say you're approved for - BELIEVE IT!!!

Always quick and easy when we need cash, thank you. Especially like that this can be done online since I am very hard of hearing.

Did not receive funds! And still haven’t received the funds. I applied on September 11!

The quality of service received and how quick everything was processed.

Applied for a loan with King of Kash 8/27/2024 and was approved immediately as I’m a repeat customer. After the approval I was supposed to receive the funds within 24hrs. Never happened. I called them to see what the issue was. I was told it was a system issue and that I would not accrue interest until I receive my funds. I was also told I that would receive a call back as to when I should expect the funds. No call. A week later no funds. I called them again 9/19/2024 cuz they sent a text stating I have a payment set to be debited from my account 9/20/2024 for funds I never received. Spoke to their customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do! So, you can’t ensure your customer gets the funds they’re promised, but you can definitely ensure your system takes payments out even though you haven’t provided a service. This is bad business. I will be disputing the charge on my account as I have not received a dime from King of Kash. I don’t understand how they can justify this charge. I guess the next step after the dispute is to call the Better Business Bureau.
