Have just received my children’s school photos, I struggled with the order process a little but their aftersales team helped me through it all. Hayley was patient and really reassuring. The quality of the prints were very good and I can now safely say Kittle has made my memories even better

This company is an absolute joke. The photo quality is shocking. You expect a lovely photo but no. They take the picture (just 1) and give no second chances. Pictures are ruined where people are mid laughing or talking. Then expect people to pay the earth for them when they make you look completely different to your normal self. The lighting is awful and really dark, they give you no advice on how to smile or sit they tell u to sit and just flash. No preparing or getting ready, they catch you completely off guard. I’m not sure how they even keep custom with the useless picture quality and inconsiderate staff. Let’s not forget they can’t even give you a chair your sat on a toolbox. They make you stand and take a picture looking so odd and weird. They edit your photos and make you look completely abnormal and then leave you waiting ages for them to come through after paying. Avoid!!!

I am very pleased with Kittle Photographic' s work !They are professional in their work, and the customer service is brilliant .I can not recommend them enough!

Extremely disappointed with Kittle Photography as they sent a picture from 2 years ago when my son was in year 10. He is now in year 12.

I called them up today asking for an exchange of the photo and I was told that I should pay for the new one which I have already paid for!
This was an admin member I was talking to, who kindly transferred my call to her supervisor. By the time I went through to the other line, the supervisor became a manager called Hannah.
She kept repeating the same thing over and over saying I should pay for the new photo and the best she could offer is half price.
I do not trust business practices who too often say ‘unfortunately’ and this is exactly what Hannah was saying many times over.
I am done with this company. I now have two Y10 pictures and none from this year.

When I ordered the picture I did it through the unique QR code which my son brought home from the school on a slip and brought up the correct Y12 picture of him.

I also told this to Hannah and she went on to say after using the QR code and we signed in the old picture could have stayed in our basket.
This is simply not true because we saw what we ordered by the checkout.
But even if what she said was true, how could this be my fault and make me pay for it?

It is a real shame on the company.

As of 12th of October 2023 - We have received the correct picture! I went happy as my wife opened the envelope this morning!
Sadly, my wife said she ordered it with the full price as couldn’t face dealing with the company.
Please don’t offer me anything anymore here nor through my email.
Pity we don’t get to chose who takes pictures in schools.

Amazing photos! I love my son’s schools photos that have been taken by Kittle!
They are extremely helpful if you have a question and Hayley Martin has been amazing to sort out any queries I had about the photos.

I got in touch to order some very old photos. It's was so easy. I sent them the codes and pics. They added them to my account I ordered them and received them very quickly. Very polite helpful stuff. Pleased with the service.

Exceptionally poorly taken images.
Sadly our child's school is linked with this company & I'm now dreading each time they come to take pictures.

I can take better with my iPhone.
The quality is average, lighting awful & let's not talk about the colossal price of these images.

Don't feel right not ordering as it's our child & his memories but will be contacting the school to see if perhaps they can use a different company.

Also their marketing emails are exceptionally annoying.

ITS SO BAD MADE ME LOOK 50 AND LOPSIDED WORST THING EVER I HATE THIS SCHOOL AND YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY ITS THE WORST

For 3 years in a row (I think) I ordered for our school: A Leavers book that Kittle created for us + the Leavers Hoodies. We are very happy with the resulting products.
First the hoodies were a real hit amongst our pupils and staff: There is a wide range of colours, the price is reasonable and the quality this year was even better than last year.
The school leavers book was a well liked addition capturing each pupils cherished moments, The perfect way to re-live some best events as well as being a perfect souvenir.
The service is excellent: Any queries were answered and actioned upon. Kittle service team built a trusting relationship with us as they also wish to create this special momento for each student.
I appreciate that it is not just an online company, we could also discuss over the phone. Kittle Photographics make the process as stress free as possible.
The photographers who came were friendly professionals and accommodating.
So I would recommend this company and I thank them for accommodating all our requests.

I recently ordered my boys school photos through this company and received brilliant customer service.
The order arrived very quickly and I couldn't be happier with the pictures.

Amazing team, I’m very thankful for their job. I have an autistic child and it’s really hard to take pictures of her, the photographer was able to walk around her and did what’s possible to take one good picture which we will keep it as a memories for ever. Last night while sorting through paperwork I found a broken CD of my children’s reception photographs (2016). I emailed with little hope of ever replacing them. I wanted to say a huge ginormous massive thank you to the customer care team. Kyle has found my photos. I really can’t put into words what this means to me and my family. We love those photographs and your company has gone above and beyond to help a disorganised mum who was literally heartbroken yesterday. I know that there is so much going on in the world but you have truly made my day, week and month.

Sad to some negative reviews here, my experience with Kittle Photographic was truly exceptional. When we encountered a slight issue with our school photo, the team quickly addressed it and went above and beyond to send us a replacement photo promptly. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving left us impressed and satisfied with the final result. I highly recommend Kittle Photographic for their outstanding service and commitment to their customers.

So disappointed to have Kittle's association with school. Paper quality they give is cheapest one. I don't see photos any better either. Delivery time is worst. You receive your photos after ages you almost forget about them. I use better paper at home for photo printing. It is more expensive than anything in the world of that value. No customer care support either. Ordered two for two of my kids received only one after a month not sure when would I receive next.
Schools should think of a better option.
