I’m very disappointed with the photos I received. Not a single one met good quality standards, despite the high price.

terrible customer service not helpful at all will not purchase off these again web site confusing ended up with last year's photo why would I want an old photo no refund or any good will gesture offered

Dreadful quality photo, clearly have no experience photographing children as all the photos of the client and my child’s school looked very uncomfortable.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dennis Tuni of Kittle Photographic Limited, who went above and beyond to help me. I asked him to dig into the archives to find portraits of my children, who have now left school and are almost finished with college.

Dennis was incredibly efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring. He listened carefully, took notes, and reassured me that he would help. He kept me updated throughout the process, and today, thanks to his efforts, he located all the pictures of my children. With his patient step-by-step guidance over the phone, I was able to order all the old photos.

To many, they may just be pictures, but to me, they are priceless memories of my children’s school years. Dennis has brought a smile to my face today, and the memories of dropping off and picking up my children from school came flooding back. The photos are truly unique and special, and I will cherish them forever.

Having used this company for our school photos for a very long time, I only have positive things to say. All the photographers are very professional and work hard to make sure all our students are comfortable. The team who organise the day are also very helpful and if there are any issues with photos or deliveries they are dealt with promptly.

I am very disappointed with my recent photo purchase. I paid just under £30 for two downloads, only to discover that the images were nearly identical. The only difference was a very slight opening of the mouth, which I could barely notice. Because of the watermark, it was impossible to see this before purchase, and had I known they were so similar I would never have bought both at such a high price.

I requested a refund as I felt I had been mis‑sold, but was refused on the grounds that there was a “difference.” In reality, the difference was so minimal it did not justify charging for two separate photos.

Extremely poor experience. An obvious professional error was missed by both the photographer and their quality control, yet the company refused to correct it or offer any form of refund. Unprofessional service, zero accountability, and no customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Multiple families have raised concerns and complaints about this company’s service. I have taken the initiative to consolidate this feedback and ensure that this photographer is not invited back to the school in the future.

Kittle have taken the school photos of my daughter from Nursery through to Juniors (so far!) and its lovely to have such high quality photos through the years. Their customer service is brilliant - they really go above and beyond. Thank you so much for all your wonderful photos, and looking forward to many more!

This company went to our daughters school for her first ever school photo. So disappointed, only one photo,no smile, poor quality. The person taking it obviously didn't care much.

This company goes to the school where my daughter is attending. Their photos are so poor and cheap. I don’t understand why school would give them the job. I could do better photos just with my phone. No theme, just white background, half body.. Ordering the photo is another bad experience. The price is nowhere to be seen until you proceed with the order. I would not pay £5 for the photo they offer. I guess the price is going to be between £15 to £30.. It’s a bad joke. We are not a poor family, but I won’t give them my business for a cheap bad job. Just principles.

Not a helpful company at all. A photo purchased previously was molded and cracking and sticking to the glass frame it was purchased in. Their only solution was to fork out for another picture.

The school were my kids go to used Kittle for a couple of years before changing back to the previous photography provider, and my experience was just one of many stories which was fed back to the school and prompted the change.

I was initially sad to see the photos of my daughter had glare/reflection marks on her glasses from the flash, but when i emailed customer service for help, Dennis Tuni was very helpful and arranged for edits to be made. He helpfully explained that if i ordered a digital photo it wouldnt change online (to view a sample) but the updated versions be sent across to me, which they were in a very timely way. I was very impressed by the speed, and thoughtfulness of his support -especially at this very busy time of year! Thank you Dennis for all your help!

I ordered a two part pack of photos and unfortunately the framed photo glass was shattered. I phoned Kittlephoto and with a minute was put through to Callum at call centre 3. He kindly and efficiently explained what I needed to do and within few hours he and the company emailed to say my new photo had been reordered. Amazing service

Out for profit only company. Literally zero interest in providing a professional service or product. My child was dumped in front of camera on the floor without any kind of background, one shot photographed with no attempt to make it a good photo. Incredibly disappointed this company was used to capture my child’s first school photo. He himself could have done a better job.

Mind blowing they have school contracts either the results they provide.

I would give zero stars if I could! Rectifying under every review and the amount of nonsense written from this company is beyond me... It doesn't require so many skills to make a simple shot, even if you are photographing a child! The editing / retouching is so artificial. This is not my child on the picture but some AI created image! I barely can recognize my son! So artificial and cutted badly from the real background! That's not a background, it's cutting the person out of the image and placed on blanked artificial background! Educate yourself and stop trying to justify the hard job you are doing. Shame on you, ruining all those children's memories from school! You should be ashamed not only for the poor quality but also for the editing quality! The price tag is insane even if the quality was excellent, which it isn't!
My child has no a normal school picture for a second year because of your unprofessional unskilled behavior. After all real negative reviews, you should discontinue your business and leave it to the professionals that really care about the good quality!

This company is a disappointment! My daughter received the card to order photos over a month ago. I used the QR to check daily if the photo was available. However it never was despite logging my email so they could contact me. When I finally did log in and order, I discovered the photo on the system was from a previous year, rather the the current school year. I have now been offered no refund despite the fact that the incorrect photo was on the website and now do not have my child's year 8 photo! Disgraceful customer service!!
