I first found kiwi and co in 2022 and quickly fell in love with their products and their livestreams on tiktok! the girls are so friendly and helpful and every single product that i’ve bought from them is gorgeous and really good quality!
i will continue to buy from them to support this small business!

The sweetest people and the most lovely quality clothes! I adore how much effort they put into making sure everything is good to send out. I found them through tiktok live and Hayley has been so sweet. I’ve gotten so many lovely items that are so thick in material but cheap! I always tell my friends and family about the store and they love it too so would 100% recommend this to everyone else as well.

I ordered the poplar jumper and it is so lovely it fits so well and the team are easy to communicate with, even just in the TikTok live comments, Hayley will always help you and they have made their page feel like a small community! They have such great pieces and I there’s always something else I want to purchase from them!

Always get compliments when I wear their clothing and find I keep buying and buying more - particularly the poplars! So much choice and obsessed with colours and styles! They have discounts and bundles available on their Tik Tok too which is a fabulous selling point!

Want to give a shoutout to Hayley! I tune into your Tik Tok lives most weeks - always so smiley and helpful with customers and myself which shows she goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Such a lovely person :)

Can't fault anything!

I made a mistake on my order and only realised after i paid. I sent an email and it was replied to promptly and my issue was resolved straight away, couldnt believe how hassle free this was as i was completely stressing! The girls who were emailing were so helpful and friendly. Also absolutley love my jumper have ordered a few times now and the quality is 10/10.

I’m going to start off by saying the designs are wonderful and I love the fashion forward collections. However, I want to review my purchasing experience as an honest paying customer.

I was after the Hugs & Kisses cardigan in orange/cream and found it difficult to find the fabric composition (which usually I like to know for aftercare reasons and skin sensitivity). I DM’d and commented on via their Instagram to which I didn’t receive a response and same with others. In fairness it’s my fault I didn’t email as well.

Upon receiving the item which was still lovely. I could see that the tag said 100% Acrylic and the cream was more of a faint pink. I took it to Instagram to comment 1) the colour was a little off 2) the material was 100% Acrylic and 3) I’m commenting as I didn’t hear a response personally from the brand so wanted to share this information with potential buyers.

Considering I didn’t hear from the brand for a while, I then received a nasty thread of DMs from them saying my comment was ‘horrible’ (though it was me just stating the facts and saying nothing bad about the product at all - I have proof). Then asked if I would leave bad reviews for big brands and played the pity the small brand card trying to make me feel guilty for leaving an honest experience. Btw I purchase from small brands a lot and they have always been professional and open to feedback. Was accused of being ‘truly cruel’ and when I apologised for my Instagram comment and stated I’ll leave the reviews for Google or Truspilot, was then accused of ‘threatening’.

Like I said the product was great and I thought as a paying customer I could be transparent with my purchasing decision. I was fine with the product but when I realised their customer service was so unprofessional, I was in shock. Yes, I get that we need to support small businesses which I do and which is why I purchased even without getting an initial response - but to have the brand come back sending a series of DMs calling you cruel, threatening and playing pity on the small brand card was absolutely disgusting behaviour.

It felt like I was having an argument with someone in high school. I loved my product but the overall experience coming from the business has ruined it for me and ever wanting to purchase again.

Piece of advice: they clearly cannot handle any form of feedback even if it is factual with the intent of wanting other purchasers to know of any slight mishap in the purchasing experience. You’ll be accused of ruining their business and get called names

I am obsessed with kiwi&co clothes, such amazing quality and cute designs! I’ve placed lots of orders from them now on their TikTok where they do the best TikTok lives I’ve ever watched for a clothing brand. Really recommend joining the lives for amazing bundles, discounts, sample sales and a chat with the lovely community they have there. I’ve only ever had to return one order but I had no issues at all with returns and I was refunded quickly. I also recently had an issue with a delivered parcel being stolen and their customer service was brilliant at helping me with the process to deal with this and then resent the items with next day delivery. They often include free items when you order through their TikTok lives too and the girls always pick out amazing things. So glad I found this brand, they are my go-to for ordering clothes now. Thank you so much kiwi&co, particularly to Hayley for always being so lovely and helpful on the lives!

If you have never joined one of their Tiktok lives, you are missing out. Great bundle deals and bargains to be had.

I may now have a closet full of Kiwi&Co clothes. Absolutely love the quality. And I love that they are unique than other brands. Jumpers are so soft and cosy. Scarves are a must have especially. Can’t grab just one, you need in different colours. Received 2 of my cardigans, and I adore them. Makes me feel so cute when wearing them. Shipping is prompt too.

Girls are ever so helpful on their tiktok lives. Come join every Friday as well, they run a sample sale! Managed to get bits at a bargain price. Absolutely enjoy it :)

Just received my second order from Kiwi. They have the cutest on trend styles, fast delivery and great quality.

I had given the wrong email on my most recent order so contacted the customer support team who were sorted it out for me and were super attentive.

In line with consumer law, online retailers MUST offer an opportunity to refund items purchased online as consumers don't have the opportunity to try on.

Kiwi & Co state they do not off refunds on their website: "At this time, we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to be faulty."

I have raised a chargeback as they are trying to say that I never returned the clothes, which I have proof of doing.

I only started buying from this small business a few weeks ago but ever since then I have become obsessed!!! The quality is amazing, their customer service communication is so great and the girls are so incredibly kind and helpful!! I will continue to buy from their business as I love all of their clothing and I would definitely recommend it! You can also find yourself some amazing deals :)
