Shipping was fine, wasn’t quick but also wasn’t too long. The product itself - I bought the stripy knit jumper and after one wear it stretched down to my knees and became itchy. Now I can’t return even tho it’s not my fault, I wore it and suddenly it just dropped🤯🤯 Love it when I put it on but not happy after one wear. I’m guessing that’s bad material. Wouldn’t buy from here because of this issue. Especially because it cost me £45quid for one thing that was only able to be worn once (excluding shipping costs.)

Ordered from TikTok shop in their sample sale. It came in only a couple of days and the item is perfect and was so cheap! Thank you so much I will be ordering again!

Absolutely gorgeous range from Kiwi and Co, knitwear and jumpers (that I have tried) are fantastic quality, delivery was quick and so reasonably priced for what you get. Hayley does live stream on TikTok for anyone looking for a little bargain also.

I love the regular TikTok lives with Hayley, I have become a regular attendee and customer and have always had a very positive experience. Hayley talks you through every step of the purchase, and the items have always arrived within 3 days. I absolutely love everything I have got and have recommended to friends and family!

I have ordered from kiwi and co multiple times on their TT and all I can say is amazing! The service and quality of items have always been great! Hayley is so lovely and helpful! I have purchased some absolutely gorgeous pieces that have made my wardrobe! For one their hugs and kisses cardigans are insane! I got an exclusive turquoise and teal all I can say is wow! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I bought two things (jumper and cardigan) as part of their black Friday deal which offered 25% off site wide. It took almost three weeks to arrive and had a load of issued with the delivery from Royal Mail (no fault of the brand) however I did notice that it took the company two weeks to issue me with a tracking number, and it was only until I reached out to them that I received one. When the items did eventually arrive, I decided to keep the jumper and return the cardigan. Now this is the bit you MUST read: when looking at how to return the items on the website, their returns policy states that they do NOT OFFER REFUNDS, only store credit. I have never heard of any returns policy to be like this and am fairly certain this breaks certain retail laws. Anyway, I contacted the company and received a reply almost immediately saying they don’t offer refunds and that this is stated in their policy. I responded claiming that you have to click on alternative links to find out this information and that it should be stated more clearly. I was then given an automated reply which started with a line about being kind to their customer service…After a few more exchanges, I threatened legal action and it was only then that they agreed to issue me with a refund which has since come through. I do appreciate the immediacy of their responses however It is safe to say that despite liking the jumper, I will not be buying from this brand again. Their reasons for not offering refunds is because they’re a small brand… I then question why they would offer 25% off the entire site on black Friday.

Ordered 3 times in the last couple of months and everything is great quality. Customer service was brilliant and they do TikTok lives which are very helpful. Would buy again

This is my second order from kiwi. Girl I dealt with went above and beyond and actually hand delivered my parcel due to an error on my side. They are always so personable when you order, good communication and make you feel like a valued customer. Quality of clothes amazing and service gold star x

I pre-ordered a dress for my Christmas night out and as it was pre order, and also Christmas time delivery, I expected my item to be delayed in delivery but I was started to get worried as I ordered it the 23rd of November and it had gotten to the 14th of December and still hadn’t arrived:(
This 5 star review completely goes to customer service (specifically Emily) who helped me and reassured my delivery, she also gave me additional options that she could do for me and on top of her amazing customer service, was so extremely kind and patient with me bothering her with so many emails. Not only was this reassuring but the dress I ordered is stunning ! Thank you so much for being so friendly Emily, you made my first experiencing ordering from Kiwi&Co worth it !

Super disappointed. Terrible customer service delivery has taken absolutely ages hardly any communication or tracking available from them WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I would really recommend all the bits I got from Kiwi, they were all gorge and so original, I get loads of compliments. Also, despite there being a problem with my order, Emily from the customer service team was so helpful and she made sure that the problem was resolved ASAP and kept me in the loop. Will definitley be ordering again☺️

I couldn’t recommend Kiwi&Co enough!! I ordered a dress on preorder and it wasn’t going to come in time so I emailed and they got back very quickly with a lovely email. When I said I needed it for 2 days time they knew the post wouldn’t get it in time so they went completely above and beyond with customer service and personally delivered my parcel. The dress didn’t even end up fitting me so I asked if they had a bigger size and they got it all sorted for me. Couldn’t be happier and they handled the situation better than any company I’ve ever shopped from. Also the quality of the dress is UNREAL, so thick and feels like a very expensive dress. If you told me it was £250 I would believe you xxxxx

We had a Christmas list misunderstanding and the wrong colour jumper was ordered. I emailed to ask could anything be done as I hadn’t actually placed the order. Incredibly helpful and immediate response. I sent the one received back and 2 days later was in receipt of the replacement!! Highly recommend. It’s a lovely surprise in this day and age to experience excellent customer service! Jumper looks lovely too. Xx

Bad experience returning - don’t order unless 100%.

Returned two dresses totalling over £100 yet was issued a credit note and not a refund. When asking for this to be refunded into my account the response was ‘we only issue credit notes and it has this info on our website’.

Not only did I have to pay for the return and the delivery, I couldn’t believe that I wasn’t going to get my money back for the items I haven’t kept. It’s not clear when placing the order that you do not get a refund - it’s very misleading. Even when I emailed the team to ask who to return, the policy wasn’t mentioned.

Would not recommend.

Really poor communication with getting back to me regarding a return. Unclear on website that they don't accept returns. Poor quality item and does not look like it does online. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Horrible customer service, no returns or refunds and all 3 cardigans that I received where so cheap and falling apart plus the colour wasn’t even like it was described on the website and the one item that didn’t fit was a sale item which couldn’t be returned either because they do not accept any form or refund or return on sale items and no where do they state these things as returns info appears blank on their website, oh and to top it all off they’ll ignore your emails and eventually respond with a rude reply whilst trying to guilt trip you because they’re a small brand. I definitely will not be buying from here and certainly would never recommend it to anyone

I have bought both the red heart jumper and tutti frutti scarf. Both are amazing quality! I got my scarf last week and I have had so many compliments (even strangers!) wherever I’ve worn it. It’s super cosy. Had umm’d forever and a day about making a purchase and I’m so glad I have! Definitely the start of an addiction. Thanks kiwi girls and a special shout out to Hayley who’s always been so helpful on live x
