Never buy from this brand! They are a scam and after reading numerous reviews on here and social media about them never giving back refunds for returned items is something I wished I had read about before! I pre-ordered a cardigan from them and wanted to cancel this order but they stated it was not possible and I could return it for a full refund when it arrived. After it had arrived I struggled to find any kind of returns information on their website which lacked any insight at all into a return, I was hoping for a returns portal or something a bit more clear! I wanted to send the parcel back straight away and as they were taking days to email back to me with the returns information I found there was a returns address on the parcel they had sent me, I assumed this would obviously be the right address like any clothing company would surely have the correct returns address linking to them on the parcel sent to the customer right? I made sure I photographed my parcel before it was sent back and took a photo of the proof of postage as well. I emailed them straight away with the POP and explained I had not heard back from them so just used the returns addressed on the parcel they had sent. They then emailed me a completely different returns address stating the one I had sent it to was wrong and the address has nothing to do with their company, I knew something was not right here. I found their company information online and a mobile number I called which was the woman of the brands mobile phone number, she told me to Whatsapp her my order number so she could look it up and said she was on her way to Manchester so did not really give me the time of day. She said this has never happened before and that I should contact Royal Mail to claim for the parcel and she would too, obviously she did not. The max I could get from RM anyway is £20 and seeing as the cardigan alone was worth over £60 it was frustrating, I searched the address I sent it to online to hopefully find out a contact number or something for the place it had been received at but could not find any company registered at this building and the address was not easily located on maps either. The owner of the brand states their own office is in Scotland, Glasgow which I do not buy her story. After reading all of the reviews on here I am shocked at how this is allowed to happen and urge everyone to report to customer trading standards about her company as this can not go on!

Ordered a jumper which was posted the next day, unfortunatly Evri held it up but it arrived today and
I LOVE IT.
Contacted customer services when it appeared the courier had lost and they were very helpful, couldn't have expected more.

I ordered on the 25/03/24 and was told 5-7 days delivery. Now have confirmation of delivery on the 15/04/24 via DHL. Had messaged them prior and got a reply but no further updates after.. Huge Alonso fan, bet he doesn’t go about running his F1 career like he does his business, if he did he would be racing GP2.

I had high hopes for this clothing here but I’m just a bit disappointed. First, I had to x2 dress sizes up for a dress to even fit me. They’re not very size inclusive and I had to purchase a size 16 (the top size) in order to fit in it and I’m normally a size 10/12. I would consider getting two sizes to see your fit but then I’m not sure if they’re funny about giving a proper refund now if you return a size and give store credit from looking at the other reviews…

Next, I would have thought that there were free returns as it’s quite difficult to find the return policy on the website and I had to email the team about it.

Third, the quality isn’t the best and the brand I believe have copied other brands / or their items are very similar to different brands. I know they’re a small company, but the prizes are quite extortionate for the quality of the products.

I messaged the team and for some reason they emailed me in a very passive aggressive tone which put me off entirely. It’s a shame as I’ve always found myself looking at their webpage ALOT! before buying and I got treated in a way that I didn’t like. Such a shame! Looks like I’m not the only one to experience the same treatment.

i cannot fault kiwi and co! have had an amazing experience all the girls are super sweet and kiwi and co customer service is 10/10 they will deffo help if you experience issues! and hayley is amazing!

Awful experience trying to return an item.

Returns policy very unclear. I paid to return a dress because the sizing does not fit, and was told I would be issued a credit note which is useless because their sizing does not fit me.

I have returned the item, paid for return postage and am still refused a refund. Poor service.

Shocking customer service to not get a refund for an item that you cannot wear, that you paid to return, and no longer have. Would not recommend shopping here.

Would 100% recommend Kiwi & Co. Such beautiful clothing and the girls are so lovely. Super fast delivery too!

Love the girls on tiktok lives they’re so lovely and try to get you the best deals! So many gorgeous items. Really look forwards to the stick or swap days.

The girls at kiwi and co always try their hardest to constantly bring new beautiful stock and cater to your needs. Been shopping with them now for 6 months and own nearly every product. The clothes are amazing quality and the jewellery isn’t comparable to any other brand. The best clothing brand I have came across that doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg. Thanks for all the hard work. You are appreciated!

These girlies never fail to amaze me ! I had a problem with my order being cancelled through TikTok, and they immediately helped to sort it out ! I needed my parcel for the next day and it was too late for the delivery ! But Hayley and all the kiwi and co team never fail and lovely Mel literally dropped the parcel off to my door !!
