I’m in the US & my dress came in 5 days after ordering it. Very high quality. Just keep in mind if you’re in the US, contact them about sizing because the measurements are different. They helped me pick a size and everything was perfect.

⭐ **Extremely difficult international return – still no refund**

I am sharing my experience with Kiyafet Sepeti so that international customers know exactly what can happen when they need to return an order.

I placed Order **#1333708** and paid **€175.28** for my purchase.
When I decided to return the dress, Kiyafet Sepeti provided me with their return address in Istanbul and detailed instructions for sending an international return. I followed those instructions and paid for the return shipment myself.
The parcel was shipped by UPS and reached Turkey.

The problem started at customs.

UPS confirmed to me **in writing** that Kiyafet Sepeti, as the recipient, had been notified by email and SMS and that the recipient or its appointed customs agent needed to initiate the customs clearance procedure. UPS specifically stated that they were **waiting for the recipient to complete the process**.

I immediately informed Kiyafet Sepeti and provided the tracking information and everything UPS had told me.

Their response was essentially that they would not take any action because the parcel had not been delivered to their warehouse.

This creates an impossible situation for the customer:

**UPS cannot complete delivery because it is waiting for the recipient to complete customs clearance, while Kiyafet Sepeti says it will not take action because the parcel has not been delivered.**

I contacted the company repeatedly and explained the situation very clearly. Their final response to me was:

**“All information has been conveyed. There is no further information.”**

Meanwhile, I have returned the product according to the instructions provided by the company, paid the international return shipping costs myself, and I still have neither the dress nor my refund.

I have now had to pursue the matter through my card provider and international consumer complaint channels.

My advice to international customers is simple: **before ordering, consider very carefully what will happen if you need to return the item.**

Buying was easy. Returning the product and getting my money back has been an entirely different experience.

I will update this review if Kiyafet Sepeti resolves the matter and refunds my money.

La livraison a été très rapide (en IDF, France) et la robe est arrivée parfaitement emballée. La qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous : le tissu est soigné, agréable et les finitions sont très belles. La robe correspond bien à mes attentes. Je recommande cette enseigne sans hésiter !

After cancelling my order because of stock unavailability I requested a refund which was never made. After many exchanges with them, they kept finding excuses and prolonging the refund period.

I am very happy with my dress! The quality is amazing, and it looks exactly like the pictures. The material is beautiful, and the fit is perfect. SCAM! My order 1323348 was cancelled by them two months ago due to no stock. They kept my money, ignore messages, and delete negative comments. Opened a chargeback dispute with my bank.

I made an order on the 05 of May. Their team sent me a message saying the modele is no more available so i ve asked for refund.

I received a confirmation via Whats app that i will receive the refund but till now i did'nt receive it.

They don't respond to my messages any more. I loss 375 euros !!!!!!

Avoid buying their dresses.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst scam ever. The package never reached me and it’s been in return process for almost a year now and they refuse the give me my refund. The package apparently has been stuck in Istanbul for 5 months now. How is that even possible? The customer service is very vague and tries to get rid of you. Don’t support that brand

It’s very clear that this is a company that’s only out to take people’s money from start to finish. There’s no shipping information, and no updates on their website. Also, the quality of the product I received is very poor. It’s a total disaster considering the price paid. On top of that, they don’t accept returns. Even though their website initially had information about returns, they later claim they don’t accept them. They have no customer service. You can’t reach anyone. Don’t—I mean, absolutely do not—get involved with them. I do not recommend them at all. I’ll be so happy if I can get my money back.

İki adet elbisenin ücretini eksiksiz olarak ödedim. Ancak siparişlerimden yalnızca biri tarafıma teslim edildi. Diğer ürün ise kargoya dahi verilmeden tarafınızca iptal edildi.

İptal edilen ürünün ücret iadesi için yaklaşık 3 aydır sizinle iletişim kuruyorum. Her seferinde “konu ilgili departmana iletildi” denilmesine rağmen bugüne kadar herhangi bir iade yapılmadı ve tarafıma somut bir çözüm sunulmadı.

Bu durum, tüketici olarak haklarımın ihlal edilmesine neden olmaktadır. İşbu mesajım, tarafınıza yaptığım son iyi niyetli başvurudur. Ücret iademin derhal tarafıma yapılmasını talep ediyorum.

Aksi takdirde, herhangi bir ek bildirimde bulunmaksızın Tüketici Hakem Heyeti başta olmak üzere tüm yasal ve resmi yollara başvuracağımı, bu süreçten doğabilecek tüm sorumluluğun tarafınıza ait olacağını bildiririm.

Scammers!!! Unacceptable customer service via WhatsApp. They’ve been telling me since May 15 that I’ll receive a refund of 222 euros for the dress I returned to them, and I still haven’t received anything. I keep sending messages, and they just send automated replies saying they’re transferring me to the finance department, so no one ever actually gets in touch with me. This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order.

İlk ve son siparişim kimsede vermesin paranız yazık hem kalite olarak hem hizmet olarak 0 cidden geldiği gün yolladım 35€ vererek adreside tam yazdım ama kargo ptt gitmiş kendileri ptt gidip almadılar bile ila onların depoya gitmesi gerekiyormuş sanki ben öyle ayarladım! Kargo tekrar geldi evime almadıkları için ve iletişime geçtim 2 gün geçtiği için alamıyacaklarını söylediler ki yolladım !! Böyle rezillik görmedim
Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum paranıza yazık üstelik kargo bedava dediler gümrükten vergisi ödemem gerekiyor bide üstelik 75€ !?

Bundan 4-5 ay önce ikitane kiyafet siparis verdim ikisininde parasini ödedim. İlk önce Western Union ile Ödeme yapcaktim ama alıcı tarafindan sorun varmiṣ ve alicinin para alimi doldugu icin mecbur kredi karti ile ödedim! Kiyafetimin birisi geldi ve digeri gelmedi. Kiyafet neden gelmedi deyince depoda kalmadigini ve baska bisey secmemi istediler. Bende haliyle cok sinirlendim ve ödedikten ve siparis verdikten sonra ne hikmetse bilden depoda olmadigini söylüyorlar. Birde Ben sormasam hic birsey söylemicekler bende olmayan kiyafeti beklicem!!!!
O gündür dilenci gibi beni paramin Peṣinden koṣturuyorlar ve benle kesinlikle iletisime gecmiyorlar..sindi bayagı ṣikayet okudum hepsi bu yönde! Neden insanlarin parasinin üstüne yatiyorsunuz? Neden iletiṣim yok?? Siz hırsızsınız..Ben ömrümde böyle kendi paramla rezil olmadim size gerekli heryere sikayet edecegim..artik iṣin parasi degil mesele bizi salak yerine koymanizdir!
