We’re very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the delivery timeframe.
Your order was dispatched on time and within the timeframe stated at checkout. According to the tracking information, the parcel is currently with Evri and remains within their estimated 3–5 working day delivery window.
We replied to your email yesterday with full tracking details and confirmation that we had escalated the matter with the courier. Following that response, this review was posted and we received a further email from you, which we have also responded to.
We’re sorry if any of our communication was perceived as impolite — that was certainly not our intention. We always aim to communicate clearly, professionally, and factually while working towards a resolution.
While courier delays are unfortunately outside of our direct control once a parcel has been dispatched, we remain fully committed to supporting our customers and will continue to assist until this is resolved.

Fantastic, I bought my husband the sleep well gummies
I bought my husband the sleep well gummies they are fantastic.
They worked instantly, he has been using them for about a year.
My husband suffers from sleep apnea (under the hospital) he suffered with insomnia (until using these gummies) and his snoring was dreadful, he still snores but it’s nowhere near as bad, he sleeps a good 7/8 hours now.
We recommend these to everyone and my husbands co workers are now using these gummies.
They really have worked.
Outstanding and we would definitely recommend

So happy to hear this – thank you for sharing such a wonderful update! 😊
It’s amazing that the Sleep Well Gummies have made such a positive difference for your husband, especially after struggling with insomnia and sleep apnea. Getting a solid 7–8 hours of sleep can be truly life-changing.
We really appreciate your recommendation and your support over the past year – it means so much to us!

1 Star Reviews are Vexacious/Frivolous, Known are brilliant
I always make it a point to read through the reviews of a company I have not dealt with before, for my own sanity. However, I have found that all the negative reviews that Known have recieved are completely baseless. These low reviews are a result of people with zero patience, technical ineptitude, and a chronic need to complain. Please do not pay attention to them.
In my own experience, Known are fully transparent with the products and services they offer. The One-off/subscription options are clearly presented, the descriptions and nutrition information are very well displayed, and dispatch is swift! I have been taking the Multi-Mush gummies for about a month, and I'm already noticing the benefits (it can take roughly 1-2 months to fully notice these benefits), so I have decided now to subscribe :)
Summary: Known are great, 1-star reviewers are not

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review — we truly appreciate it.
We’re really glad to hear that you found our product information clear and transparent, and that your experience with ordering and dispatch has been a positive one. It’s also fantastic to hear you’re already noticing benefits from the Multi-Mush gummies — you’re absolutely right that consistency over 1–2 months is key.
Your support genuinely means a lot to our team. As a growing brand, honest feedback from customers like you makes a real difference.
Thanks again for choosing Known and for subscribing — we’re so pleased to have you with us!

I’ve been using the biotin gummies for 2 months now and my hair feels a lot thicker and healthier. They are a tasty too, more like sweets than vitamins. The pouch is lasting me well and is good value for money.

No support, Expensive, and they spam you non stop
They spam you non stop yet don't reply to emails. Emailed support on 15th Jan, no reply still.
Their website has 35% off code written everywhere. It never works because this company is always on sale, at worse discounts than the code.
If you do order known, order through amazon in case you need to contact someone. Although my advice, much better value creatine gummies out there, where you only need to take 3 a day so save some money and try another brand.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few points.
We’ve checked our support inboxes and can’t currently find an email from a Peter. All our emails are monitored daily, so if you could please re-email us or forward the original message, we’d be very happy to look into this and assist you.
Regarding promotions, we do run different offers at different times, and some codes don’t work in conjunction with existing discounts. If there’s ever any uncertainty, our team is always happy to confirm the best available offer.
For Amazon orders, messages sent through Amazon are handled directly by our team via our official store. Depending on whether the order is fulfilled by us or by Amazon, the fulfilment process may differ, but customer queries still reach our support team.
We’d really welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you — please do get back in touch so we can help.
Kind regards,
Known Nutrition.
Do not buy the liquid collagen
Have bought a few things from this company and they are great but I feel the reviews of the liquid collagen aren’t a true reflection of how revolting this stuff is so save your money and don’t buy it. Total waste of money.

Hi Gemma,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. As we mentioned in our email reply, we’re really glad to hear you’ve enjoyed our other products, though we’re genuinely sorry that our liquid collagen wasn’t to your taste.
Taste is very subjective, as we noted in our email, and we completely understand that it may not be enjoyable for everyone.
We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and your comments have been passed on to our product team.

Hi Charlotte,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We have replied to your emails today and have also cancelled your order and subscription as requested.
Our Subscribe & Save option provides a discount and sets up an optional recurring order. We clearly communicate this at several stages during the purchase, including the product page, basket, checkout, and in the order confirmation email, to ensure customers can make fully informed choices.
We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make our ordering process as clear and transparent as possible.

Added ingredients
Evri lost my parcel, but Known sent another one. However I was very surprised to see the artificial sweeteners in the products. I have IBS and Malitol is one of the worst. After contacting the company was unsympathetically told the ingredients were listed on the website. Being a health supplement I was not prepared for this. Live and learn

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that the product wasn’t suitable for you.
We’re glad we were able to resend your order after the courier issue. Regarding your concern about maltitol, we did reply to your email with an explanation of why it is used in our gummies — not only to point out that the ingredients are listed on our website. Maltitol is included as a reduced-sugar alternative, as many customers actively seek lower-sugar or sugar-free options to support their health goals. We also make sure all ingredients are clearly listed on each product page so customers can make an informed choice before purchasing.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and we’re sorry this product wasn’t the right match for you. If we can assist further, we’re always here to help

Ashwagandha magic
I have started taken Ashwagandha gummies and I do feel a lot sharper and able to concentrate better. My only negative is the very long bottle size as when you get to the bottom of it, my short fingers weren't able to reach and they stick to the bottom.
Hope they can change the packaging, but for now ordered my second bottle..

Thank you again for your support, and we're thrilled to hear you’ve already ordered your second bottle! If you ever have any questions or want to try the pouch version, we're always here to help

Brilliant
The on creatine gummies I've tried that actually make a difference.
I've used a few gummy brands over the years and have always resorted back to powder, but I've finally found a brand that actually puts creatine in them!
Couldn't recommend more 👍 .

Great product but poor service and dispatch
Great product but getting hold of it is difficult, website states same day dispatch yet still no sign of being dispatched on Wednesday when I ordered at 6am on Monday (when I realised I only had a few days left in the jar!) emailed Tuesday asking to upgrade to faster delivery as had not been dispatched yet and told that’s not possible they could cancel my order and I could reorder. Requested dispatch information so I could make an informed decision no reply!?? Maybe I should just cancel try one of their competitors!
Such a shame as the first order was swift and the product is great!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear about your recent experience — we completely understand how frustrating it is when things don’t go as expected, especially when you’re relying on a timely delivery.
We’re a small team managing a high volume of orders and emails, and unfortunately, one of our team members was unexpectedly unwell the day you contacted us, which affected our response time. That said, we’re glad we’ve now been able to resolve this with you via email.
We’ve also taken your comments on board regarding the delivery options, and we’re actively reviewing how we handle dispatch times and upgrade requests to make the process smoother and clearer going forward.
We really appreciate your support and are pleased to hear you’ve been happy with the product itself. Thanks again for your patience — your feedback genuinely helps us improve.
Best wishes,
