I love all of my Koh products. I can highly recommend this company.

I really like this product so it's a shame my recent delivery has been a nightmare/ not arrived. I could see that my address was incomplete when I had the first attempted delivery. I was annoyingly unable to update my delivery details on the amazon delivery website and kept getting an error message. The page also says to contact your seller if you have any issues. I've contacted Koh to let them know the issue and no-one has got back to me - well, apart from to say they were going to refer it to the correct department. In the meantime my delivery says it's been delivered- but not to me unfortunately and I've no idea where it is from the picture. Somewhere on my street I suspect but not to me and I've been charged and still not heard back from anyone at Koh a week since I was having issues. It's such a shame because I like this product and am reluctant to order again.

Edit 12/03 - So, it's been delivered, albeit not to me, so as far as Koh are concerned they can't do anything about it. Evidently they can't contact the delivery company once the order has been sent which is pretty useless, given that the Amazon Delivery tracking info suggests you contact the sender if you have any issues (I did, when I had an error updating my delivery details). Anyway, 10% off my next order doesn't really make up for the fact I've spent £15ish and have nothing for it but thanks Koh, for nothing.

Absolutely love Koh. I’m usually very sceptical when it comes to “one cleaner for everything” advertising, but I have been using the universal cleaner for years now on everything. I love that I only need one product, and no longer need those awful harsh cleaners. I have bottles around the house so it is easy to access and I can clean little and often. Have only just purchased the grease cleaner and washing products but from first use I love the grease cleaner. The washing liquid is also great although I would recommend adding eucalyptus oil (which came free with my purchase) to add a nice smell to your clothes.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Do it today. You won’t regret it.

Koh markets themselves as a brand on a mission to "make sustainable cleaning second nature," but their hardware is anything but. I've now had two of these mops break. The build quality is abysmal for the price.

When I contacted support about the failure, they acknowledged the part was broken but refused to replace it because I'm just outside their arbitrary "standard warranty." Instead, they tried to upsell me on replacement parts.

How is it "sustainable" to force customers to buy new plastic components every two years? It's a greenwashing tactic-they talk about the planet while selling products designed for the landfill. If you expect a mop to last more than 12-24 months, look elsewhere.

The communication and delivery time are great. As a long time customer have always been happy with my cleaning products. Would have preferred a longer handle on the squeegee but otherwise ok.

I was surprised by the efficacy of the shower cleaner. Happy customer !!

The Koh terms and conditions and shipping policy clearly state that orders are shipped on the next business day. 21 days after placing my order, it is still marked as not dispatched. I have emailed customer services a number of times. They sent a tracking code eventually, but no courier details or link, and the tracking code did not correspond to any courier I could find, and they did not respond when I asked for the courier details. My order cost over £100. They have refused to refund my order, which I think breaks UK consumer law. They emailed to say my order has been lost in transit, and a replacement will be sent out. They emailed asking for my shipping address, which seems odd, as I provided my address when I ordered. When I ordered I was looking forward to trying greener cleaning products and planning to recommend them to others if they were effective. Now, there’s no way I could recommend ordering from Koh.

i’ve been using Koh products for several years now and can recommend them. They clean well and give a good shine, I don’t use anything else now. The atomiser spray is also really worth having. Also eco- friendly which is important to me.

Great product. Just topped up on everything. This is literally the first “one product for all purposes” cleaner.

Just the best cleaning items i have ever bought will be staying with KOH

I have signed up for emails and subscribed to receive a 15% discount. This has never arrived. I have emailed customer services four times with the screenshot of the discount offered just get replies from a bot called ROS-E with no resolution. I have tried messaging on IG but they don’t let everyone message so that hasn’t been received. There is no telephone number advertised for the UK.
I give up. I had hoped to place a very large order too - shame!

I purchased the Koh kitchen and bathroom set, and proceeded to use it. It doesn't work. I sprayed it all over the oven, wiped...and the grime doesn't come off. I tried it twice - still, does nothing. I sent their customer service team photos and videos, showing no difference. I'd upload it here if I could. The product is not fit for purpose - it did not work. Their customer service said I can return the products - yet I have to pay for shipping it back! what a scam. I won't be purchasing from this company again. Product does not perform. Customer service is bad. I do not recommend this product, try something else!

On the whole we are extremely happy with Koh products especially the shower cleaner as it’s amazing at removing soap scum buildup. The Universal Cleaner is also great as are the loo cleaning tablets. However, the toilet blade brush is a big flop as it doesn’t work

Honestly the results shocked me! I wish I had recorded how good their oil and grease product was at cleaning a fry pan we were going to ditch. The best natural cleaning products I have ever used. They have a customer for life now with me!

I love how fast you can send this product. I use this for my residential cleaning and it's good to know that when I order u get it the next day if you order before lunch time that is
