Have a penchant for Korean corn dogs and have ordered from a couple of other sites (Starry Mart & Singh Kee). Koreafoods processed and delivered very quickly and had the item I wanted in stock when the competition didn't. The item count for the frozen line I wanted was higher than the competition's, meaning I could order more without incurring another frozen goods charge. On top of all this, the corn dogs were 20% cheaper than they would have been elsewhere, and I got a free gift (a packet of dried mango). Excellent all round, give them a try!

The item ashai beer which price is around £46 is described at the website as made in Japan. It showed as the last one box. And what I got is made in France. It costs at the local supermarket is just £28. I don’t think I will buy it with much higher price with shipping cost if it is made in France. Contact the seller to return item with no response. Don’t trust the information it provide as it is misleading. The customer services is poor as you can’t get connected by phone or get reply from email.

Updated: finally got the email and refund for the misleading information.

Fantastic business! I ordered many items from noodles to frozen food and it all came next day delivery (UK) free of charge. Packaging was outstanding. Everything wrapped correctly. They even threw in 3 noodle tubs free of charge. I will be using you guys again thanks so much!

Seems its business is poorly managed, e.g, in their website, says the store opens Monday-Friday until 9pm, but in fact closes at 8pm, after tried twice with long driving, but in vain, told them it will be helpful for them to update the opening hours in their website, they said, we update daily! Speechless!

We have been unable to get Bibigo Korean Fried Chicken anywhere despite raiding shops in other areas. We were dubious about ordering from Korea Foods as we are not a business. We ordered a case paying a reasonable extra for frozen food. The delivery arrived very quickly and in excellent packaging -temperature was perfect. Very good experience

I ordered soju and noodles and both were competitively priced. The delivery was quick. Zero issues here.

I started using Korea Foods in 2024, and I'm really happy with them. The packaging is great and the customer service is amazing.

I used to shop at H Mart for about 4 years, but their customer service is absolutely horrible whenever I have issues with them or their delivery. They are rude and literally don’t care.
But luckily, I found Korea Foods!
Honestly no doubt for 5 stars<3

Wanted to write this as not sure where the bad reviews came from:
- Website has wide range of Korean products including Cass beer which I couldn't find elsewhere
- Regular e-mail updates regarding delivery
- Delivered efficiently by DHL
- Products were very securely and safely wrapped (double boxed, bubble wrapped, wrapped in cardboard)
I couldn't be happier and will definitely use Koreafoods again

New Malden Bushy Road branch - the paying counter lady - No smile no thank you and their face tells you that you should be the one should be thankful for her to serve you.
The only good thing is its location is convenient. I have shopped at this branch for many years and just wanna leave a comment to let them know.
This experience wasn’t one-off but more than often.

I've bought from koreafoods a few times now and I've never had an issue. The prices are pretty good if your considering in buying boxes of items instead of buying smaller packets.
My only gripe is they use a lot of cardboard in the delivery but I guess it helps protect everything inside.

I've used Korea Foods for more than a year now, possibly since lockdown in the UK when we couldn't go to the shops to get Asian supplies.

I buy cold items (tofu, dumplings, natto), staples (rice, panko, ramen), sauces and have even bought non food supplies like gloves and chopsticks from them. Communication is great, the few times when I've had an issue (missing items), they've provided a credit. When I've ordered near a weekend, they'll proactively contact me to see if I would like the delivery on weekend or the following weekday - very excellent communication and much appreciated.

They use DHL which is very reliable, emails/text on day of arrival with tracking details. Also the packing of items is very careful - cold items with some ice pack, and they try to use as much cardboard as possible instead of plastic which I like as I could recycle the cardboards.

I highly recommend! Will continue to use them, even though we can now go back to the shops as I find their service great, competitive pricing and delivery on time.

Very poor customer service - after an item arrived damaged and leaked over everything. Ignored my email as I didn't have photographic proof (as the item had to be thrown away immediately).

Brilliant service and products. Makes me wonder who left the bad review, competition maybe..? Everything was genuine, made in Korea. Can’t beat the prices either, big boxes of noodles are a bargain. Only place I could find nuruk too. Overall, cannot fault them, looking forward to my next order and hope they open a shop in Leeds soon!
