I bought the suga love yourself hoodie.It is great quality and extremely beautiful however I’d really recommend getting the size up.It would also be an idea if there was a couple of larger sizes for the more curvier of army.

These keychain are THE cutest and were well worth buying. Now, Kookie is on my crossbody bag and goes every place with me. Thanks, will be back! Y'all are AWESOME.

I would definitely use this again. Fast friendly and very reliable. The order was perfect. The only flaw was on my behalf. I order what I thought to be the correct sizes for me and my sister and I should have went a size bigger than that, but that was my fault not your. Other than that, perfect. Thank you for everything.

I was initially happy with the purchases I’ve received. The last one, however, I found on Amazon for half the price just a few hours after placing my order. I tried to cancel but wasn’t allowed to cancel my order. Then I got my order. From Amazon. They purchased the item I had found on Amazon for $14 and had that sent to me while charging me nearly $30 for the product and shipping. Total BS. Look elsewhere before going here.

I love all the products I get from here and I always receive every order. My only issue would be the time it takes to ship, my latest order was placed over a month ago and I still have not received it but I know it’s difficult to ship cross country especially now so I’m not mad at all. I highly recommend this place!

More than a month and my order is coming and going in Beijing

What I noticed first is that you deeply care for your customers. The constant updates and that you still reach out to me, even after my order arrived, builds a strong bond of trust between customer and seller which is very important, in my opinion.

Second, my order arrived safely and undamaged and was packaged compactly so no unnecessary packaging material was used.

What I do have to mention at this point is that I was a bit confused that the bracelets were sent separately to the rest of the order (including two hoodies as well as two keychains and a shirt).
Though these, too, arrived undamaged and safely packaged.

Third, I have to admit that I'm a bit cautious spending money, especially when it's online and that I actually didn't want to buy anything, at first. But you don't give up easily on possible customers and even gave me a coupon for a discount. The constant contact per mail can be a bit annoying, to be honest, but it shows your dedication to satisfy the customer which I really admire and appreciate.

Last but not least I want to say that you have a very kind and qualified team, dedicated to your customer's satisfaction and that I'm highly pleased with your service.

I also want to add that I like the design of your mails, it's very cute.
