I would have given them 0 stars if it was an option. It took forever to get my order. I ordered it in early November. By late Dec they decided it was lost and re-sent it in January after Christmas was over and I didn't even want it anymore. They said there was no way to cancel my order after it got lost. When the package finally arrived the garland I received was nothing like on the website. It's cheap plastic trash. My efforts to get a refund were ignored. It is over priced and clearly a scam. Customer service lies. I think even the tracking is fake. I should have read the reviews. Their good instagram ad got me. Don't buy from them.

Never received my product from Kringle Heaven. I tried emailing them and they first said they would make it right then I never heard from them again despite my efforts. Total scam.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Let me tell you how they don’t even exist anymore! Try to look them up! I need there to be a -0 option! Victoria was not helpful! Someone please tell me which state this business is allegedly a with! Phone number was for Indiana, address was in California, my package came from Abby in IL! I need to contact the S.O.S so whomever it was registered under NEVER gets a business again!

The product that was shown was a very lush garland and it was anything but. I bought three and spent over $50. And they could have came from the dollar store . Very dissatisfied and will never order from this company again… buyer beware

0 stars. I never received my order. Was fed lies about my tracking # and was told to look at my neighbors house to see if it was delivered there. THE TRUTH IS: IT’S A SCAM! Do not buy!

Worst experience. Took a month to receive. The "track package " was complete misinformation. Should have received 4 swags and only received 3. Do not buy from them! Totally deceptive!!

I placed an online order for 3 decorative garlands from Kringle Heaven. Immediately after placing the order (within 10 minutes), I researched the company further and found extensive consumer complaints stating the products were not as advertised and significantly different from promotional photos.

Kringle Heaven’s website states that orders may be canceled within 12 hours. I contacted the merchant well within that 12-hour window and explicitly requested cancellation.

Despite this, the merchant:

-Failed to act on the cancellation request in time.
-Proceeded to ship the order anyway and advised that I will be able to send it back for a full refund.
-Later claimed the order could not be canceled due to “processing,” despite acknowledging delays on their end

Post-Delivery Issues:
-When the items arrived, they were not as advertised. -The garlands were thin, sparse, and did not resemble the full, high-quality products shown in the merchant’s marketing images. 3 garlands together barely equaled the appearance of one advertised item.

Deceptive & Inconsistent Return Practices:
-The merchant repeatedly changed their explanation and policies regarding returns, including:

Claiming returns must be sent internationally and that prepaid return labels were illegal for them to send due to alleged “CO₂ emission regulations” and “state restrictions,” which appear inconsistent and unsubstantiated

They then offered only partial refunds of 25% unless I paid out-of-pocket for international shipping which was equivalent to what I paid for the 3 products.

They refused to escalate the issue to a manager or owner and stated that no further action would be taken beyond their partial refund offer. They are a told scam and fraud.

Terrible company. I received a garland that was terrible and took 6 weeks. The return address was Abby Akins from Chicago IL

I had placed an order on November 8th it is now December 20, 2025 and I’m still waiting for the delivery. I doubt very much that I will get it.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from them.

Not even worth a one star. The quality of the item received was poor. The garland is thin and has an odd smell. If you wound many of these together you wouldn’t the fullness of the one pictured on the purchasing site. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This company is an SCAM!! I ordered two garlands from Kringle Heaven on November 10, 2025. It is now December 19, 2025 and I have not received them. I have emailed customer service four times. They blame the USPS for the delay. The so called tracking service they use is pathetic. The last time I tried checking for my order my anti spyware flagged the site as unsafe. I requested a refund but they say that they can’t refund my money because the order is still in transit. Never had this experience before. I’ll just have to see if I can dispute the charge with my bank. This is awful. I’ve told them that I will pursue any avenue necessary to recover my money. I just wish I had checked them out prior to ordering from them. Buyer beware!

I ordered the 6 foot garland and it was not what they showed at all. Then I had to pay $20 to return it to an address that did not exist now they want me to return it again for 20 more dollars and then pay another $30-$40 international fee. This is a total rip off company do not use them.

The item is NOTHING like it appears. You would need 10 strands to make it look like the picture. It comes from overseas so you have to pay to ship it back and they say they will deduct 30-40 for an emission fee. DO NOT BUY!

I asked them for a refund and prepaid shipping label they said the fact I have to pay for “All international returns incur a $30–$40 CO₂ emission fee” where my order is almost $40. If you connect 5-6 pieces together, you will get something that looks like what they show on their website as a single unit. They don’t care about negative feedbacks, Because they advertise it on various platforms where people don't check their reviews.SCAMMERS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Order Never Delivered, Misleading Shipping & No Response!

I ordered from Kringle Heaven based on their claim of “fast and reliable shipping” (5–7 days), which was not honored. After more than a week with no tracking or updates, customer service only stated that cancellations were limited to 12 hours, despite the order clearly not having shipped. When tracking was finally provided via 17track, it showed the package reaching my local area before abruptly changing to “Return to Sender” while out for delivery. I requested a refund and received no response. After this, I noticed many similar complaints from other customers and a very poor Shop.app rating, which I unfortunately did not see before ordering. Although the site implies U.S.-based fulfillment (Beverly Hills), the products are shipped from China; I understand the dropshipping model, but that does not excuse failing to deliver an order or ignoring customers. I am an active Shop.app user and have never had a merchant simply not deliver a product until now. Proceed with caution.

Scam. Don’t order. They email a track number in CHINA.
Item said delivered, I never received. Won’t refund because it said it was delivered. They say I have to track it down. From what I read swag is not what they advertised but a piece of junk.
Learned my lesson.

I did my order a month ago and have not received the product this is ridiculous I have had one email message from them and now waiting for a response I want a refund

Scam Alert ...China online company. All I can say is DO NOT order from this company. You will not get your product.

This does not even deserve 1 star! I ordered my product from Kringle Heaven on November 19th, and it’s now December 15th — still nowhere near being delivered. The shipping updates have been vague at best, and customer service has been completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund, even though I’ve been waiting nearly a month with no sign of my order.
This company was not transparent at all about shipping times, and now I’m stuck waiting for something I’ll barely be able to use this season. Save yourself the frustration — absolutely not worth it.
