Good experience
I recently placed an order with Ksisters.gr for some Korean skincare products, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. The delivery was smooth and fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of including free samples—such a lovely surprise! The products themselves are high quality and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you, Ksisters.gr!

I had ordered a plain BB cream on the 29th of April. I had contacted the customer service regarding my order which I STILL have not received to cancel my order. They declined my request twice and up to this date (26/05) I have not received a refund nor have I received my product. It can happen to any company to have a delay in delivery but it is unacceptable not to receive a refund after 1 month of delay AND not having the product.

Unfortunately, the delays were caused by strikes in your country. This significantly affected the operation of the transport companies 😔
We needed time to understand the situation with the shipping company and to receive feedback from them on whether the parcels would be delivered or returned to us. This is what caused the delay in resolving your request ✨
However, as you have already been informed, the funds will be returned to your account shortly 🙂
