I ordered the wrong model and was able to change before shipping and securwly pay the extra i needed to. The woman i spoke to was very helpful.

The help Cathy gave me while ordering was very helpful. Cathy went above and beyond in her help I am so grateful to her.

I placed order on pre order scooter and was concerned it would be delivered on time. I contacted customer services and received a reply almost immediately advising of shipping timeframe and asking if further assistance is required. The customer service has been great and i can’t wait to receive scooter as have heard good things about these. Will have one very happy boy.

On 02/09/2026, I mistakenly placed an order for the G4 instead of the G2 Master just before bed. Your website was faulty at the time and your hyperlinks were linked to different scooters, for example, if I clicked G2 Master itd take me to the G4 page instead and I had to keep going back and finding another route to it. Soon after I awoke, I realised and immediately sent support a ticket, asking for a swap before shipment. The advisor at the time said she'd contact the UK warehouse, I made it clear that I did not want this G4. I never did receive word from the UK department, during this time the product was already delivered, it took 2 more emails for the advisor to acknowledge that I wanted the product returned. The agent wasn't clear with me but gave me the option of purchasing the G2 Master to save delivery costs on return for the G4, but I made it clear I don't have funds to place another order. In the end, the advisor. It's now been a week and in the end Im forced to two options, I either keep the product I did not want in the first place or I lose £90 for returning it. Both of which I find ridiculous and poor due too a faulty website and poor communication giving false hope.

After having some terrible experiences buying my son an ebike we decided to buy a scooter instead and from the get gone he was adamant it had to be a Kukirin g2 master obviously I know nothing about them but you seem to get a lot for your money, anywhere scooter arrived promptly the tracking process was comprehensive and the scooter itself is a machine, BUT what really stands out with this company is the customer service & that is second to none , it’s the reassurance you need that your buying from a reputable company and I can’t praise them highly enough. Above & beyond. Overall the scooter is amazing and I’ve a happy child! And the communication is fantastic which makes a happy mum!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I crashed my kukirin g4 at high speed luckily I was fine but my kukirin g4 light got broken and bearings snapped i asked kukirin customer service is there any chance I could get a light and bearings for free cause I crashed my kukirin g4 I was expecting no but after I waited for a response I got a response saying please contact customer service on email I contacted them and i told them what happened and they really said yes to send me a new light and bearings.

This is the second g2 scooter ive bought from here no drama easy communication fast delivery within a few days highly recommend will use again thanks for you support A1

I originally had doubts about this company from previous reviews and can be confusing with other sites of a similar name. After placing my order things were quiet for a few days with no updates however Cathy from customer services did reassure me that there was nothing to worry about and the tracking information will be sent soon. My order has arrived today with no issues 👍
