Honestly, this has been some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I accidentally entered the wrong details when placing my order, but as soon as I reached out, Cathy got in touch and was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to help me sort out my order. She also answered all of my questions and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
A massive thank you to Cathy for all your help — it’s really appreciated! I would definitely recommend them based on the fantastic customer service I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service and regular updates.
We preordered an item and were kept up to date with stock levels. We have pre-ordered a second G2 and have had the same positive experience. Cathy is quick to respond to any queries. We were unsure where to order as people had complained about delays in delivery but both scooters are being delivered within the timeframe given on their website.
First scooter was delivered next day by FedEx when the items arrived in UK.

The whole process was a breeze
The whole process was a breeze. I pre ordered a Kukirin G2 (2026) when it arrived in store they shipped it double fast and the next day my son was playing on it. The price is the best iv seen aound especially it you use a discount code. This is my second kukirin brought from her and I will be coming back its all round quality

I ordered a kukirin G2 E scooter with them over a month ago and it has not been sent, they are refusing to refund me and just keep telling me they are investigating it, do not buy from this scammer, if it is lost in transit then refund me
