Fast, friendly, efficient airport pick up. We arrived about 30 minutes early at Gatwick and our driver adjusted to meet us. Meeting place was inside the terminal, which I did not expect.

L’autista da London city al Park Plaza in ritardo di un’ora ha saputo dire solo no problem.. certamente per lui..
Al ritorno grande confusione, ritardo di mezz’ora con autista non programmato tanto è vero che alle 16 ci hanno telefonato che l’autista ci attendeva davanti all’hotel e noi eravamo già in aeroporto. In poche parole: Disorganizzazione!

Un desastre. Tenían que venir a buscarnos a las 4 de la mañana y después de confirmar el trayecto ayer y esta madrugada nos han dejado tirados. Hemos tenido que pedir 2 Ubers, menos mal que ellos sí han venido. No contraten esta compañía, no son serios.
