Transporte Londres desde Stanted
Comunicación por WhatsApp desde que aterrizamos. Hubo un problema con el coche contratado y lo solucionaron en unos cuantos minutos. A la vuelta nos recogieron puntualmente.

Simon drove us from London to Southampton to catch a cruise. He was a pleasure to chat with as well as a great driver. So often drivers are just in a hurry and it feels unsafe as a result. Simon never made us feel unsafe and got us to the port right on time. Highly recommend!!

Would not use this company again
When we received the bid from find transfers.com the company said they used Mercedes Van's which appealed to us since we had extra luggage. The day before we got a text asking if they could pick us up due to "heavy traffic" the next day. We called our concierge and he said the traffic would be in the opposite direction and not affect us at all. We figured they had another pickup and were trying to get us to leave earlier than what we wanted. Of course, there was no traffic at all when we went to the airport, basically a lie. Also, they picked up in a small Kia car, not a Mercedes Van. Overall, I would not use this company again.

Our driver stuck with us after a long delay
We were stuck at Heathrow T3 for over 2 hours past arrival due to a false fire alarm in the luggage area. We thought we had lost our ride.
But our driver stuck with us even at the expense of loosing another fare. Nice comfortable car and smooth ride to Southampton.
