I recently purchased the Badwood MicroG G Pen and I couldn't be happier with the transaction; from the shipping speed to the packaging which would have had to be run over by a UPS truck to damage the contents (if even then).

The G Pen I scooped was for my collection & I've literally been looking for an affordable Badwood collaboration for, well, ever I suppose. Limited Grenco collaborations from 2016 are like a white elephant & I almost broke down & payed $300+ for one on an inferior website but thank God for Kush Cargo coming through in the clutch (pun intended). From function to artistic beauty this complete set meets & exceeds my expectations.

Oh and I did contact customer service about a question beforehand & was pleasantly surprised to get an answer so quickly. Thanx KC - you rock :)

The company issued a refund

I misunderstood something about the shipping, and the company got in contact with me despite me being angry with them. They responded promptly, and have started the refund process. Thanks for understanding, KushCargo!

took over a month to ship, didn’t even get my whole order. they sent me ONE ITEM and then refunded the rest. i had to email them 5 times to get them to ship my order and even then they still managed to “forget” to put 7 out of 8 items in the box. honestly should dispute the entire charge with my bank this company is a SCAM!!

I placed an order over a week ago, paid For expedited shipping, which is 2 to 5 days and it’s been over a week and I Have not received any tracking information. I have sent multiple emails and gotten zero response at this point I would like a refund and I will never do business with this company again definitely a huge scam. These people need to be shut down.

I order a pulsar apx volt v3 from this website. I paid for express shipping (2-5 business days). It has been over a week and my order has not been shipped yet. I have gotten no update on my order yet. Looking at other reviews makes me feel like I got scammed from this website which is unacceptable. I have also tried emailing them and reaching out to there support service and have recieved no response, i reached out 3 different times and nothing. I suffer from chronic pain and use medical marijuana to help me with that, its is unacceptable that i pay for faster shipping and not receiving my order when expected. My order number is #53077.

I ordered a mystery box, some wraps n a 75 water pipe. Half the stuff n the box arrived broken n the water pipe never even came. Customer service will not respond to my emails.. they gotta pretty good scam going over there!

I bought I focus carta V 2 days ago and they contacted me and said it was fraudulent the billing address on the card isn’t the same which it is and no one has emailed me back. Lush cargo could you please either refund it or confirm that it is getting shipped out.

I just ordered a Lookah Firebee kit from Kush Cargo. I needed it for a trip I was taking In 4 days. They got it to me in 3 days plus they gave me a discount. Really excellent service staff there. Thanks for making my weekend Kush Cargo

I ordered a Dab Tech Duvo X and got glass bowl banger cleaners and two oil containers and not my pipe and haven’t heard nothing back. If I don’t hear back soon I’m going to report to better business bureau.

This is a horrible company to order from. Trying to buy a limited edition nectar collector. They told me it's on back order and they don't know when they'll get it in stock. Placed the order over a week ago and haven't heard from them since yet they falsely advertise as the item still being available. Can't get ahold of anyone in the company to get a refund and buy my item from somewhere else. They also don't have their Facebook page up anymore or I couldn't find it. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

Just wondering how long it usually take to get thr email after order is confirmed. I'm on day 4 and still haven't got word about anything. Order #52288

I originally placed an order on March 2nd expecting the bong to ship quickly to my door, but I was emailed by Austin and he told me that the bong was on back order, and gave me the option to wait or refund. I decided to wait. Days go by, weeks, I email Austin at least once every week to see if he had any updates. He had told me a couple of times that the bong would ship soon, but unfortunately the manufacturer of the bong had delays putting their products out to wholesalers, which meant I had to wait even longer. Austin did notice I was waiting a very long time, and offered to upgrade my original order of a KLEAN 8" round bottom bong, to a 12" beaker bong from the same brand, free of charge. He then shipped my order off 3 months later, and it arrived at my door 4 days later. It's a wonderful piece!

Tip for Austin: Please let it be known if products are on back-order/out of stock! A lot of people complain about ordering something, then waiting a long time due to back order. I think it would be useful if you list on the site if a product is out of stock, or will take a longer time to ship, instead of having people think their order will ship fast.

place is a total scam. They will take your money and give you the run around. Ordered a glass attachment for my puffco on mothers day 5/12 (item was in stock) - fast forward to 5/17 and i still have an email saying usps label created and waiting pickup so i reach out to support and they apologize and tell me its shipping that friday with some goodies. Well it didnt ship and when i reached back out to ask why i was told the item was on backorder and would ship the next day. Still nothing and no response from support. Company is a scam and if could give negative stars i would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, PLENTY OF LEGIT COMPANIES THAT WILL NOT STEAL FROM YOU. edit: Order #51936

I think the product is a good product for ppl who love to smoke different ways the flavor it brings out of your product is great not a long prep time for heating and extra screens and cleaning material. Only negative is my product I smoke is too loud so it’s not acceptable in public areas but at home it’s a great product
