Found my lost canvas!
Had a little issue with the post office losing my order but everything turned out great and my package made it for V Day! I thank the company so much for tracking down my package. Canvas looks amazing and the artist did a fantastic job!

Confusion
I started my first purchase on Dec 6 and the anger and confusion this company has put me through is so profound. It started out great with the Lauren handling all my updates towards the changes on my cartoon proof and communication was so well, but now i can barely contact her and i feel so shun. I always have to ask for any update and she would respond through her email but once i reply to her email. I would again be ignored for a week or so until I ask again through the customer service website. I finally gotten tried and just approved the last cartoon design. Hopefully my partner loves it.

I ordered a print for a family member…
I ordered a print for a family member for Christmas. It was so awesome! He loved it! I only had to make one change. It was something I left out. They send several copies for preview after changes have been made. Will for sure order again!

a bit delayed on turn-around time but very understandable due to the holidays. The cartoon is AMAZING as well as the canvas that was ordered with it. Def very impressed!!!

disappointed
The poster turned out amazing and just how I wanted! However, I was overcharged about $30-$40 - charged an extra person and an extra pet. I had emailed asking why, I got no response and no refund. Not too happy!
