On their way
Have done business with Labfacility over a decade and it wasn't always smooth sailing. But they hired new guns and they are getting the job done. Recent experience was the proof of the pudding. Ordered yesterday and delivered today.

We received a quote including shipping costs. When the transport company delivered, we had to pay almost 60€ for transport extra. We were not aware of this.
23/4: they reached out to find a solution for this. We are very happy the way the solved the issue.
