Thermometer forks fine. I do not like however being constantly hassled for favourable reviews on trust pilot, so if you want a quieter life, buy elsewhere.

I am impressed with the products…
I am impressed with the products appearance and quality although at this stage I have not tested it or checked its calibration. I was disappointed that the tracking email never arrived and the order status online showed the order was still processing after 48 hours. I emailed on day 3 and an hour later the item arrived with the courier. It was suggested that the tracking email was in my Spam folder, This was not the case. Overall a good service to central highlands of Scotland. But should this have been a priority job I would have been worried especially as this was my first order.

Excellent company, just a bit weird on shipping for online orders.
If you need it next day, order by phone and it willbe sent direct from Bognor.
If you order online, it goes Bognor > Shefield > You, which adds a day.

Excellent service and product
This was a really easy purchase. The website while a bit technical for a lay person was still easy to navigate and the products well described. The pricing was also competitive and I was confident it would be good quality so all good. easy to place the order and delivery was confirmed quickly, but there was a slight problem created by the couriers that meant we never received confirmation of a delivery date/time. Delivery happened when we were out and the product was not left, but it did arrive next day so turned out fine. I advised Labfacility and they told me about the problem, overall excellent service and the thermometer is really good for our new pizza oven.
