Charged twice
A colleague and I ordered at their online shop at the same time. Good thing was that they recognized it and put everything in the same box.
What i can not understand is that they charged us 2 times delivery and processing fee. 1 Package 2 times 20 Euros. Not acceptable.

We are sorry you feel unhappy with our service - just to clarify you were not billed twice in error for postage, you placed two separate online orders hours apart and the system processed each order with the correct postage charges. Our stores department would have seen the two orders for the same address and combined the items for shipping.
