Super slow delivery
A simple order of three pairs of standard Jockey scrub pants, no monograms, no special orders arrived intact but OVER 5 WEEKS after ordering them. I know we are all spoiled by Amazon Prime and other sellers who deliver quickly but I think this is excessive. A note of explanation (out of stock,etc) would have been very welcome. I was ready to contact my credit card company to cancel the order when they arrived. Despite this they are good quality scrubs and the price was excellent.

Delivery status
I ordered a scrub shirt and it was on back order for a month. When it got shipped a month later I still had to wait an extra week for it to be shipped.

We're sorry about the delay, but you are incorrect in saying that you waited a week for us to ship it. We shipped the same day that we received it from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and the freak winter storms that hit the south a couple weeks ago, everything is very backed up.

Great Experience
The folks at Labwear.com were fantastic! The quality of their products is excellent, their customer service is even better! I had to exchange a lab coat I purchased for my husband and the speed at which they took care of it was amazing. I will certainly order from them again!

Horrible Unfriendly customer service
Horrible Unfriendly customer service! I called to ask about a product and the girl i talked to made fun of my questions as if I'm stupid to ask about the sizing. After buying the wrong size called again to return and she was very mean on the phone. NEVER again !

We are very sorry that you are upset with us, but I listened to the call and our rep in no way made fun of you. We cannot size people over the phone, so we can only guide you sizing information based on the manufacturers size chart. You had thought that the coat size was mislabeled and sent it back to us where we confirmed that the coat was not wrong and was the correct size and refunded you.
Backorder and Invoice
If an item is on backorder, it should not be billed to the entire package. it is unfair to the end user to have to pay for something before it is even shipped.

The return shipping they want to charge me for 1 blouse is more than I paid for the 2 blouses I bought. I will not do future business with them. There are too many companies that offer free shipping and free exchange. I do not reccomend.
