Desde noviembre esperando el pedido y ahora leo que le ha pasado a más gente y que es una estafa! Qué asco de gente ,

Sólo tengo buenas palabras para definir a esta tienda y su trato.
La Bolita es una persona amable cercana y siempre nos ha tratado de lujo-
Hemos comprado ropa de chica ideal y exclusiva , colección de hombre ( hace un tiempo)
También hemos adquirido prendas en preorder ,con una rebaja excélente y siempre ha informado de los plazos en RRSS
Todo el mundo sabe que Preorder es así…y nadie te obliga a comprar en esa modalidad.
Si lo haces / hacemos es por que nos conviene por su precio y calidad .
Ahorrarte un 50% o mas es muy de agradecer
Por eso no entiendo algunas reseñas

Las Joyitas plata y bisutería son preciosas
También la ropa que trae de feria es muy bonita y con precios excelentes

Llevamos años comprando allí y nos encanta

Today my daughter who is 7 months pregnant and I went into the store in Westbourne grove in London. After spending over £300 and while paying my daughter the pregnant asks if she could use the toilet as she needed it all of the sudden as being pregnant.
To our surprise the shop assistant decline and said “no”. Come on, let’s be humans and it just is so sad when now in sociaty people are just not empathetic anymore. Will

Clothes are beautiful. However customer service very poor. I had too promote for replies.
I knew to begin with to size up with this brand. So I did. There was a significant sizing issue with the size 3 baby and child size 3 but both measurements are the same. I even showed comparisons and I was told it’s a longer length dress. But the waist and arms were significantly smaller. After showing pictures no reply. I replied with I will be returning items which, i had to pay £12 for. And guess what no reply again.

Terrible service from beginning to end. I had to chase my parcel and demand my refund. Only half refund was given, when everything was returned in exactly how it was sent ( didn't even open the box). Still waiting for the other half of refund to be transferred back. What a joke.

No compréis nada en esta tienda. Después de casi un año ni me envía la ropa ni me devuelve el dinero. Es una estafa y encima ella te contesta fatal como si tuviera más razón que nadie. Hay que denunciar todo el mundo

Fatal nefasta, por favor no compréis nada , yo llevo más de 3 años esperando una prenda que no llega y cuando consigo hablar con la señora por decirle algo con mucha prepotencia me dice que la solución es que si quiero el dinero que me ve agobiada después de 3 años le digo que si que cuanto antes lo quiero , y todo mentira , ni llega el dinero ni llegó la prenda ni nada de nada , gente estafadora,..Pero bueno a mí ese dinero no me va a llevar a la ruina es la impotencia de que juegues y te ríes así de la gente, pero que algún día y no muy lejano seguro que vas a pagar por todas tus estafas que ya veo que son muchas.

I've bought their shoes over time and always loved them. However pairs I have bought over the last year or so have been terrible quality. The colour layer coming off after one use. I contacted customer services and they said I could return but by which point the event was over and my girls were wearing scruffy shoes! Definitely expect better quality for such expensive shoes

I have left a review on their website on a purchase I made but it wasn't published. I guess the fact that the review was 1 star didn't help, LOL
The quality of the Leather Girl T-Bar Shoes has gone down significantly. I used to love these shoes, I bought many sizes and colors of La Coqueta Leather Girl T-Bar Shoes to my girl over time, the quality was great and I was even able to gift them to my friend's babies afterwards.
Now the quality is very cheap, the colorful layer of leather is extremely thin and the shoes have literally peeled the leather on the tips of the shoes after just one wear. Very disapointed.
BTW I have contacted the support on their website about the review I left that has magically disappeared, and got no reply......so unreliable.

Updating this review as after initially feeling I hadn’t had good service after a parcel was missing with Evri, the company went out of their way to ensure the items got to me in time for a wedding. The dresses are absolutely beautiful, very high quality fabrics and craftsmanship - but very small. My daughter is just turned 2 (admittedly very tall for her age) and the she 3 dresses mostly were too tight across the chest and under armpits. Recommend sizing up and a couple up for taller children.

I am so looking forward to receiving my order though it has not arrived. I provided my address along with a request to use our national postal service as that is the only way things come out to our rural address. They used an international courier service which has taken five weeks back and forth and has not yet delivered my items.

I bought the Ivory Azura Girl Smocked Set as a birthday gift for my niece, and I was seriously impressed. As someone who doesn’t usually shop for children's clothes, I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail. The material is soft and light, and the floral pattern is classic without being overly girly — exactly what I was looking for.

My sister in law said it fit perfectly and my niece absolutely loved it (she didn’t want to take it off!). It looked like something out of a storybook. Packaging was lovely too — it really felt special from the moment it arrived.

Will definitely be coming back for Christmas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thoughtful, timeless gift.

No recomiendo para nada comprar en esta tienda. Por una parte la dueña, es desagradable y maleducada, y por otra no cumple con su trabajo. Tarda en enviarte las prendas meses, incluso años y no se te ocurra reclamárselas, a pesar de que las has pagado, porque encima es ella la que se enfada. Esta persona no se merece las clientas que tiene, debería bajarse de la nube en que vive y dejar de faltar el respeto de sus clientas

HORRIBLE TRATO en LA BOLITA COQUETA.Pagado un pedido desde Octubre y cuando le preguntas se te ofende. Es la segunda vez que me hace lo mismo. No compréis. Me dice de devolver el dinero porque no sabe ya que hacer conmigo…. Lo que no sé yo es qué hago comprando ahí. Afortunadamente suelo comprar a comercios que andan en redes y lo de esta tienda es la excepción. Me ha devuelto el dinero. Después de ver todos los comentarios se lo he hecho saber… le he dicho la cantidad de gente que hay que resulta que describen lo mismo que he vivido yo.

Esta página NO es la de La Bolita Coqueta de Valencia, España. No se porque todas hemos escrito aquí y ella no tiene ni una valoración, ahora tiene una que es la mía. Haced un copiar y pegar y pasarlas todas a ella. Yo he hecho eso y he borrado la de esta empresa. Aunque me parece muy raro lo sucedido.

De mi parte va a recibir una denuncia en consumo y otra en la Policía Nacional.
No responde ni un sólo mensaje de Instagram (SALVO SI ESTAS INTERESADA EN UN PRODUCTO, UNA MALDITA PREORDER O PARA PAGAR) alegando no sé qué historia con los algoritmos de la app (totalmente falso e infundado). Si en algún momento se digna a responder, después de haberle enviado cien mil mensajes, te dice que no entiende qué ha pasado con tu pedido, que lo mita y te dice algo. JAJAJAJA 🤣. Naaadaaa! Cuando te enfadas, después de varios meses esperando tus prendas, y le reclamas tu dinero te responde que la estás acosando y ofendiendo, que no valoras su trabajo, te echa en cara que has comprado una oferta (que ella misma ha decidido hacer).
IMPOTENCIA es lo que define la relación con ella.
No tienen teléfono ni correo electrónico al que dirigirse.
ESTAFA TOTAL!!!!!
OJALÁ TE CIERREN EL NEGOCIO!
