Fabulously stylish and comfortable shoes
I have just ordered my third pair of Nokwol’s. I love the styling and theyvare really well made and incredibly comfortable. Delivery is quick and I have had great customer service. I have already recommended to friends and there are lots more styles I have my eye on to purchase in the future.

I am really enjoying 2 pair of Nokwol…
I am really enjoying 2 pair of Nokwol shoes that I bought recently.I genuinely like the quality and design!! The only inconvenience is that if you buy online you cannot exchange in store, however customer service was very fast helping me with a return. I have definitely turned into a Nokwol’s lover.

customer service not good enough
The quality of the shoes is top! The Atals trainers are so comfortable and good-looking! Nice! But the customer service could be improved. 1. No contact number, only message. 2. leave a message, no one responds. 3. dpd scanned the wrong label, I contacted the customer service, but the staff always claims that it's been delivered to me----I finally left a message via Instagram and the London shop staff helped me solve the problem!

The most efficient and friendly customer service experience I’ve ever had … even though the product I wanted was out of stock. I made contact with Nokwol expecting to wait ages for a reply but Cat was straight onto it. She was so helpful and friendly, exactly as customer service should be.

I really liked the style and quality of…
I really liked the style and quality of the trainers that I ordered but, unfortunately, they were a little too small so I wonder if the sizing is a bit small? So I’ve had to return them and am still waiting for my refund after returning the order over two weeks ago. I have chased my refund and they require the tracking details and I am currently away so cannot send these until I am back. Surely, the return of the order can be be established by original order number and email? So, overall, item good but returns service not so good.

Returns nightmare, shoes are amazing!
I ordered the Atlas trainers and some shoe charms. I changed my mind on colour so sent them back. (I bought some in store the next day).
The returns process was a lengthy process. Having to take photos of each item and give a description, when it was a simple return and nothing wrong with the items.
The shoes however, speak for themselves. Possibly the most comfortable trainers I’ve ever worn. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Giving a 4* due to my experience, otherwise it would be a 5.

Great loafers and service
Having tried many loafers, I was pleasantly surprised when the Athena loafers fit me; loafers tend to slip off at the back as I have quite narrow feet. I bought a size 4 and a 4.5, the 4.5 fit perfectly. The shoes are extremely comfortable and I have no problem wearing them all day. I had emailed the Nokwol support team as I wasn’t too sure on the returns process; the service was prompt and extremely professional, especially Oliver. Once they received my return, Oliver informed me straight away and issued my refund immediately. Highly recommend!

Although the customer service team are…
Although the customer service team are very helpful the returns procedure is very time consuming. I do not agree with having to send pictures of unworn items and the returns portal was not working for me so had to send approximately 10 emails to get the shoes exchanged. I think the shoes are nice and good quality but I would hesitate in purchasing again because of this.

I had to return shoes as they were too small. After 2 weeks I emailed as I had not received a refund and customer service dealt with it straight away. They sorted my refund and kept communication open. I was very happy with their service.
