Our family of 20 recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at Le Château des Palmiers in St. Martin. With 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 12, we needed property and staff capable of accommodating a large, active group—and our experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The estate itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a memorable family getaway.
The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Estate manager Tom Lagase checked in with us daily to ensure everything was running smoothly and that any requests or concerns were handled promptly. Our personal concierge, Jahnell Villas, thoughtfully arranged every detail of our activities, including a half-day catamaran trip, massages, babysitters, a photographer, and lunch and dinner reservations. James and Gabriell, our two butlers, added a special warmth to the experience. They were attentive, responsive, and especially wonderful with the grandchildren, who loved interacting with them. One particularly memorable touch was their willingness to celebrate our youngest grandchild’s fourth birthday (Even though it was not his birthday) every night during our stay—something he absolutely loved.
Chef Maxence Jumel and his assistant also did an outstanding job meeting the needs of our large family. Every meal was beautifully prepared, delicious, and served on schedule, which made dining effortless and enjoyable for everyone.
The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well. They kept the property clean and comfortable throughout our stay, even with so many young children in the group.
Overall, our stay at Le Château des Palmiers was a truly wonderful family experience. The property, the food, and—most of all—the outstanding staff made our trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this château to any family or group looking for a beautiful, well-managed, and exceptionally welcoming place to stay.

Impressive villa portfolio of high end luxury homes & villas around the world. Exceptional concierge & villa teams - for pre trip planning & coordination during the trip. Deep relationships with a variety of service providers (car transfers, in villa chefs, experiences, etc.) that have been thoroughly vetted & consistently deliver.

We had a tremendous experience from the beginning until the realization we had to leave. We had a wonderful time and the service around the house was tremendous, and the chef made our breakfast and dinner plans obsolete. We strongly recommend this for everyone.

The villa in St.Barth’s was spectacular! The pictures don’t do justice. Incredible views, impeccable interior design, super clean. LaCure concierge service is absolutely top notch! It was my 60th birthday celebration and LaCure assisted in all the planning perfectly. I am super picky and can’t recommend Villa Firefly and LaCure enough!

The villa and its amenities were great. But there should be basic essentials stocked such as tissues, toilet paper and extra bottles of water (as a hotel would).

The quality of the home actually exceeds the photo representation. All of the details in the agreement are followed precisely. The level of assistance provided by the team exceeds any other travel company I have worked with.

Everything was amazing from the start of planning the trip to on ground services. Communication was excellent, options given were all amazing and what my clients asked for, and I cannot rave enough about the quality of the villas and the concierge services while in destination. I have booked with Lacure several times now and I will continue to do so (I have one family that has asked that I exclusively use Lacure for their villa bookings).

Our week over New Year’s was perfect. The modern, well maintained and protected property was made extraordinarily enjoyable with a complete staff that provided varied and top quality meals, attentive service and a special and completely unanticipated New Year’s Eve celebration with Chinese lanterns, champagne and fireworks. They addressed all 13 of us, ages from 81 through 13, by name and remembered our preferences. This was our 20th villa stay (Lake Como, St. Barth’s, Lanai, etc.) and the best thus far.

Villa Milu was absolutely incredible! Pepe, the house manager, was truly the best. Check in was smooth and the concierge services provided by LaCure were second to none. We had the best time!

Prestocking the Villa and car rental was made easy. All we had to do was to arrive on island for a prearranged pickup and 20 minute trip to the villa. The villa was closely located to several beaches and restaurants. And 2 minutes from a grocery store. The villa itself was hillside with an unobstructed view of the ocean and great sunsets. Great landscaping, very private pool and fruit trees allowing us to have fresh guava and star fruit. The on-island team very helpful in resolving any issue we had and providing help with local restaurants and arranging activities. Very relaxing and very difficult to leave

Our Blended Family Vacation was AMAZING! Makana property was perfect and everyone including the difficult young adults loved everything about it! The staff was fabulous and the property manager was so helpful when we had a bit of a snafu. At the end of the day the phrase amongst all the kids was, "It's better at Makana".
