Not Laithwaites fault.
After being contacted by Laithwaites I realized it was not their fault. It was re-packaged by the carrier. Laithwaites has replaced the order.

We do take steps to prevent this, however, it can sometimes happen due to the fragile nature of the product being shipped.
We have provided a full replacement for the damaged shipment, and you will receive a new tracking email when it arrives in your area.

Wine selections are varied
Wine selections are varied, never had a bottle I wouldn’t ir haven’t ordered again. Prices are reasonable. Marketing materials are interesting and informative.
The only tiny problem is…. I’ve ordered too much wine!!!!!

Great international wine at reasonable prices
Great wine of international variety. Reasonable prices. With my membership I get free shipping. Only one screwup when my order got cancelled without my knowledge due to some internal error on the part of Laithwaite. When I resolved the issue with customer service, they made good on my order, and even gave me a $20 credit/discount on my case. Also, all wines come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I used to belong to a DS company that…
I used to belong to a DS company that sold wine, very good wine, but expensive. I found this company and thought I'd try cause I can get 12 bottles around the same price as I get for like 4 bottles from the company, I love this wine. I only get European wines though, I don't get a headache either with these wines just like I didn't get them with the DS wine.

I receive quality wines cheaper
I receive very good wines, which I pick to address deficiencies in my cellar or, more often, because of exceptional sales. I regularly find GREAT wines, but I have never used their refund for deficient wines, and the prices are usually below whatever I can find elsewhere. Great quality at a very good price.
